Presenta pavimenti in legno, ripiani in granito, nuovissimi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e arredi di nuova design con un tema casual in stile spiaggia. Lo spazio abitativo interno offre viste sull'Oceano Pacifico, sulla spiaggia di Newport, sull'isola di Catalina e sul famoso molo di Balboa.

    La posizione di questo condominio è davvero nel punto più importante della penisola, The Balboa Village. La pista ciclabile attiva che copre l'intera lunghezza della penisola di Balboa si trova direttamente al di fuori del vostro condominio. Goditi la cucina raffinata nei numerosi ristoranti della California del Sud altamente recensiti o semplicemente accendi il barbecue e assapora il tuo pasto gourmet cucinato in casa. The property was very clean. The pictures in the listing were accurate. The location was great for setting and getting to the beach. We are planning on returning to Newport Beach and hope that this property is available.

Beach view was amazing! Walk to the beach in just a few minutes. It is noisy because of the parking lot and the path right below the unit. Otherwise location is fantastic! Because there was no air conditioning we needed the windows open. Could be a problem in the summer months? Having the parking under the building was great! Would definitely recommend to others.

The property was wonderful! Clean, comfortable, close to the beach, and just what we wanted. Lots of towels provided, and the beds were comfortable. There was some confusion getting into the property when we first arrived because we had no key, and the only way in was to get the key that was inside the apartment itself, but we couldn't get into the apartment without the key. We just got lucky that a stranger saw us standing around outside and let us in. There were a couple of other little issues like all of the controls on the stove have been rubbed off, so we couldn't tell what dial went to what burner or how hot the burner was. Also the cooking pots didn't have lids that matched, and the gas tank to the grill outside looked like it was in bad shape so we didn't use it. But otherwise, the property was perfect for our needs! We loved the reserved parking spaces in the covered garage. That was a big plus. Great place! We would definitely come back every year.

A great winter get away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived early but there was plenty to do to pass the time. The condo was very clean and had all we needed to make us comfortable for the week. the parking garage and court yard are secure so we as out of towners felt very safe. The condo is located on the ocean side of the peninsula and within walking distance of the Balboa Island Ferry, Whale watching and other sea excursions and rentals, Balboa pier, amusements, restaurants and bars, liquor stores and some basic groceries if needed. There are many large department and grocery stores within 10 miles so getting provisions won't take a lot from your leisure time. there is plenty of beach right across the parking lot and if you feel energetic, it's less than two miles down the beach from Newport pier and all the activities there. The January weather was kind to us with 70 degree days and cool nights. overall it was a great adventure.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place overlooks a very busy beach parking lot that is open 24/7. Expect car alarms all night long because people car too stupid to lock their cars without setting off the alarm. If you ae a racing fan you will love the cars doing donuts nightly at 3 am. You will also enjoy the constant waves of marijuana smoke. In fact the entire area smells like urine and stale weed, kind of like the rest of the state. Homeless everywhere, what's not to like? The streetsweeper in the parking lot every morning at 6 am was special. The homeless living in their cars, very special. As for the unit, it has been a rental for some time and shows it. Furniture very uncomfortable. In all fairness, kitchen was well equipped. I grew up in this area but it has declined. Never returning.

We would definitely stay here again. Property management was great with communication and checking in on us during our stay.

Balboa Condo

First impression:It was a very pleasant property. Decor was nice. Location was good. Just felt not enough care was taken regarding cleanliness. It's one thing to have people remove bedding and bathroom towels and put by front door when this property was pricey...This is not expected at hotels etc...Nonetheless the mattress pads don't look as if they'd been laundered in a while and the bedspread in the primary bedroom was dirty. The mattress in the couch in the living room was stained and no mattress pad provided to cover.General housekeeping was lacking in the kitchen area as well. Cabinets were greasy.Cobwebs on cabinet top over island area leading out ot dining area..The cooking pans were in terrible shape.We didn't want to cook in them. Also, the sink in the primary bathroom did not drain well.Thank you This survey doesn't need to be published....just more care needs to be taken as far as cleanliness more of an FYI

Great location, Comfy place, easy process

Loved location and how close to beach - wasn’t sure how I felt being across parking lot but so easy to beach and had view of water. Having 3 parking spots was great -wish there was more of a balcony - 2 seater with not particularly comfortable chairs but the price was right. Very easy to check in and out. Would rent again for short stay.

Anniversary getaway

This was a gift to our daughter and husband for their anniversary. We arrived to find the condo was just as it was described. We were very pleased with its location and how easy it was to get to all of the restaurants and game zone. All within walking distance. We will absolutely stay here again. If there was one negative thing to say it would be beach towels were not provided. You had to rent those from a local vendor. So bring your own beach towels. Other than that, everything else was perfect. Gregg B

The unit is in a great location to base your time out off, lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Only downside is the late evening and early morning noise level from the beach parking lot located between the complex and the beach.
