Unità superiore sull'oceano assolutamente splendida proprio sulla sabbia !! Un regalo di vacanza unico nel suo genere! Molto spazioso e luminoso con un bagno privato in ogni camera da letto. Inoltre, una camera da letto matrimoniale meravigliosamente grande con un'invitante vasca idromassaggio e doccia separata! Godetevi due posti auto in garage, un grande ponte fuori dalla camera familiare, una grande terrazza sul tetto con una vasca idromassaggio, lavatrice / asciugatrice, lavatrice e doccia in comune all'aperto! Un'ottima posizione per una fantastica vacanza!

Great Location

Property was clean. Plenty of space. Had everything we needed. I love the rooftop and the sunset view from there. Beach access was steps away. Quite neighborhood.

Perfect beach front property

Our family of 6 (2 teens and 2 18+ kids) really enjoyed our stay at this direct ocean front property. The views from the rooftop terrace with hot tub cannot be beat. Lovely dining nook and cozy family room also have gorgeous views. All communication with property was thorough, accurate and timely. Everyone also grateful that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Space was very efficiently utilized.

Super Sunset

Fantastic location with everything needed for a restful and relaxing mini vacation. We were able to cook meals "at home" while watching the beautiful sunset. Will definitely be booking with this company again as they were very attentive and welcoming.

A great getaway

We needed a place to recharge our batteries from the midwest winter and this was wonderful. The primary suite bed was great, the queen in the secondary room mediocre ( cheap springs, very shaky) and there are no blackout curtains in the nonprimary rooms. There was a steam shower that did not work and the sliding screen door to the deck fell out of the track but with no bugs we didnt need it. Lastly, the hottub needs a lid to hold the heat in, the wierd plastic blanket kept blowing off. These all were minor issues, still a great stay at a great location!

Fabulous beach vacation

My family and I wanted a relaxing beach vacation. Is was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views with excellent access to the beach. The hot tub was comfortable with a great view. The bbq worked great too. We have no real complaints. One bedryhad a firm mattress. The other 2 had soft ones so it just depends what you like. There is a 2 car garage. We had a sedan and a minivan. Tight fit but both made it. Bigger cars would not but there is street parking close by. We would definitely rent it again.

We would definitely return! You can’t beat the location, it could use a little TLC update, however, it was worth every penny, and the property management was terrific!

Great Location but the BBQ was filthy and out of gas and all the glass had a layer of slime and dust on it. Great Location but the place needs some love and cleaning.

Great location and the unit alone is beautiful, clean and spacious. Then the rooftop seating and hot tub setup takes it to another level, as that became my family's nightly sunset spot. Thank you for hosting this property and helping us make priceless memories.

Delta Gamma 35th reunion

Six friends for a long weekend and the beach house was absolutely PERFECT. Communication, check in/out, amenities and the jacuzzi! Sitting in a hot tub and enjoying the ocean views was the highlight of the trip. We appreciated Jennifer’s her communication throughout the process. We would highly recommend the property if you can climb stairs. So incredible!

Great location

View is amazing - both from main unit and upper deck. We loved the hot tub and used it almost every night. Well stocked unit. One bedroom didn’t have a tv so kids had to figure that one out. Tv in the main room was great but sofa only fits 4 if you have a bigger group. Area was nice. Highly recommend trenta pizzeria if you stay here. Great food.

Family Birthday and Christmas Celebration in Newport!

This property was top notch and enabled our family to thoroughly enjoy our time together celebrating a 60th birthday and Christmas. The house was very well appointed with everything we could have wanted to include a fully stocked kitchen so we could cook in most of our meals and the jacuzzi was a highlight! Our daughter was very impressed with how seamless the process was to check us in. We have been to Newport on several occasions and this by far was our best rental experience. We will look forward to doing this again taking advantage of Villa Rentals and this property!

Great house, great location, spectacular location and views

House is as promised. The view from the main floor and roof top patio are perfection and absolutely spectacular. Love that each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom. Great to have 2 garage parking spots. Only slight downside was that no beach chairs are provided. Perfect getaway in Newport Beach!

Jacuzzi was the icing on the cake!

We loved our stay thoroughly! Well stocked and very clean! The jacuzzi was always hot and ready to watch the perfect sunset! My only complaint would be that the beds need to be updated. They had toppers on them which helped but the mattresses were old and sagged. Despite that we absolutely loved it!

Amazing Holiday House

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful, being directly on the beach was beyond amazing the only critique I would offer is there a few items that should be a little more maintained such as furniture and Cutlery but these things will naturally break down as a high turnover rental property. All in all our stay was perfect and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in this area.

The views!

This home is amazing! There were only a few disappointments. Upon arrival, we were not impressed with the location. It’s more like an alley than a street. It is garage parking only and large vehicles will not fit. The description clearly states this though, just want to make sure to mention it! The rain shower head in the master either didn’t work or we didn’t know how to turn it on. And the waterfall feature on the hot tub did not work. That is where the negatives of this property end. When we entered the home, the view of the beach was breathtaking. The hot tub and lounge area on the roof was incredible. We loved our stay and other than the minor issues above, this property was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!
