Great location! Walking distance to so many places. It was a huge plus having the garage and an additional parking space for my parents to visit. The upstairs deck was also very nice to sit and enjoy morning coffee. Also a plus that it is dog friendly. Hope to visit again.

We loved our stay. Nasita was a 5 star host. The house was decorated exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed the location. An easy walk to the Balboa Ferry. The garage was an important feature for us. Since street parking is limited. We look forward to staying there again.

Decent stay

The pros of this property are being close to the beach and some decent places to eat. The place was clean and looked like the photosThe consParking is an issue. You have a very small space on a one way street. Making it difficult to park. Hard to get in and out as you have a car in front of you on the one way street. We had two cars one fit in the garage and one on the small shared driveway. This is a double unit and the car from the other occupants was a huge and long SUV. Their car made it difficult. It took a very long time to even be able to get in and out. Impossible without someone standing outside to help guide you. There needs to be restrictions on the car sizes allowed or this will always be an issue. Deal breaker for me. The host basically said that she hopes we work it out with them. Across the street people were partying until 3 am on 3 of our nights. This area is not that quiet. There was an electrical issue with a light in the bathroom that clicked on and off on its own and was loud. The toilet would not flush properly and I had to literally spend time to fix it. Good news is that it works great now! They for sure need new furniture. The couch was very hard and cheep. Smelled really bad. I hate to leave a review like this I honestly do. Perhaps these things won’t bother you? We rent properties all over the world all the time. Just being honest.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My daughter and I were celebrating her birthday and this was the perfect little getaway to do that. There was plenty of space, the property was clean and fresh, and we loved the rooftop that was so peaceful. Our little dog also enjoyed everything about this lovely home! Communication was also great. Thank you!

April Stay on Balboa Pennisula

Home is located in a quite neighborhood within walking distance of the beach, several restaurants & bars and the ferry to Balboa Island. We found everything as represented in the pictures and description.

Newport Beach Bliss - Excellent

This was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. Best part it is dog friendly vrbo which is key for my family. The location is less than 1 block from the ocean. House is clean and has all amenities needed if you want to grill or cook at home. Property manager was very communicative and made this very easy expierence getting access to property. Highly recommend this vrbo and I will be looking to stay anytime I’m in Newport Beach!!

Great location and accommodation

We stayed for two nights with our 3 teenage children. The accommodation was in a great location, walkable to local shops and food outlets, the harbour for whale watching and fishing trips and the ferry to Balboa Island. The home is beautifully appointed and looks just like the photographs.

Great getaway!

It is a lovely place with close proximity to the beach and restaurants! Pictures are an honest reflection of the home! We did not get to enjoy the rooftop deck as we did a lot of running around however, it’s a great added bonus! Maybe next time! Highly recommend!!

A Nice Vacation Oasis

Our stay had everything we needed. We loved the peninsula atmosphere— I actually wish we had more time to just stroll around more because the area was lovely. We certainly maximized on what the duplex offered in terms of space and comfortability. Huge bonus was meeting April who is amazingly friendly and invited us to a holiday event which was perfect for our little family. We had so much fun for our getaway and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Newport Beach Bliss is a true gem!

Absolutely LOVED staying here again! The host, Nazita, is highly responsive, and provided an AMAZING place for us to stay again. Super comfy, has ALL the amenities that one could think of! The kitchen has top of the line appliances, the bed in main bedroom super comfy (I'm sure they all are, but we didn't use the others since there was only 2 of us). Best experience was using rooftop deck for a huge dose of Vitamin D! Also loved using the whole home sound system - just use your own playlists / Spotify, etc. Super easy to do! Relaxing, positive energy t/o the whole property. Also - LOVED that we always had a place to park / in the garage. We will definitely make this our "go to" place to stay in Newport beach! HUGE thanks to Nazita for an amazing property to stay in!
