Newly remodeled, this large Tudor-style home near Ruby Beach
Newly remodeled, this large Tudor-style home has a spacious front patio with BBQ, 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and is located just a couple of homes off North Bayfront’s cherished Ruby Beach. The downstairs features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs amenities include, AC, living room with fireplace, TV/DVD, dining area, and a kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms including the master bedroom which has a walk-in closet and balcony with water views. There is a 2-car garage and laundry for your parking and laundry needs.
WEEKLY: $6,394—$9,870• MONTHLY OFF-SEASON: $12,650
Weekly and Monthly Pricing includes all fees and are subject to change pending on duration of stay.

We love this home, stayed for a month in September. We have rented several homes on the island In the past 10 years and this is the best! It definitely meets our goals. Close to the Bay, nice layout, newly remodeled, and the nice neighbors were a bonus!We especially enjoyed the air-conditioning because we had a week with 90 degree weather.

We have been renting this house for over 12 years. We have been vacationing with our family for 42 years in Balboa. From our first years on Agate, Ruby, then Diamond! We as a family have so much fun together, especially in this Diamond house. We loved it again this year! Thank you Abrams!

This was our 21st year vacationing with our family on Balboa Island. We have been renting with Abrams for at least the last 10 years. They have always been very easy to rent with and are always very quick to fix and or solve any problem we might occur while vacationing. I have referred several friends to them through the years and have always had good feed back. I highly recommend them for rentals

We have been coming to this home for over 12 years. We just love it. It now has a Remodeled kitchen, & central A/C. It was so fun going to the bay, shopping at Marine St, and crossing the ferry. We just love Balboa Island! This home was wonderful!

Our stay was a house on Diamond that had recently had some upgrades the house, the kitchen was great, much added room, looks great and the new added AC was great!!!
