Both units have A/C and together offer a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and parking for up to 5 cars.

In both you’ll find lots of natural light and charming board & batten walls throughout. The front beach cottage opens onto a large front patio with all new patio furniture in crisp black and white décor offering plenty of seating for relaxing after a fun beach day and then grilling up dinner for the whole family. Walk ½ block to catch the sunset on the beach each night. Inside you’ll find 3 bedrooms, 2 updated bathrooms, a spacious renovated kitchen with built-in dining plus counter- top seating which opens onto the living room with tasteful coastal touches and a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights. Behind the cottage is the upstairs separate one bedroom, one bath retreat with it’s own private deck with patio dining & BBQ, very spacious living/dining area, and fully updated kitchen and bath. Both units have living room and master bedrooms TV’s and Queen sleeper sofas.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
