Completamente rinnovato per l'estate 2019 !! Questo fantastico appartamento al piano inferiore con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni ha nuovi pavimenti, cucina e bagni! Vicino a una delle migliori spiagge per il surf di Newport ea pochi passi dalla sabbia. Questa è una casa sulla spiaggia perfetta per una vacanza in famiglia. È stato decorato professionalmente e completamente arredato con tutto il necessario per la tua casa lontano da casa.

Entrando dalla porta principale, si entra nel soggiorno con soffitti a volta, ampi posti a sedere e TV a schermo piatto. Dirigendosi verso la parte anteriore della proprietà, troverete una porta scorrevole che conduce a un patio con vista sulla spiaggia, un barbecue e un tavolo da giardino, sedie e ombrellone.

Facendo un passo indietro nella proprietà c'è una pittoresca sala da pranzo appena fuori dalla cucina della cambusa completamente bianca, recentemente ristrutturata. La lavanderia impilata si trova appena fuori dalla cucina, una comodità che non sempre si trova nelle case al mare.

In fondo al corridoio sono 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi appena ristrutturati. 3 TV - Soggiorno e prime 2 camere da letto. SLP12937

Beautiful Beach House

Property was as listed. Very clean, functional, comfortable and ideal location. Short walk to the beach, close to parks and close proximity to many places to eat. We have rented in Newport for many years and this property is definitely one we'll consider for future stays.

Perfect beach getaway

Located steps from the sand, this property is perfectly situated in a quieter part of Newport Beach, but is still within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and bars. We enjoyed dinners and afternoons on the front patio and had everything we needed to bbq or cook meals. We would definitely go back to this unit!

Just an OK rental

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was just ok. If you are looking for good location this is the place. Beware- it has no AC (which was disclosed) but it is HOT! There wasn’t much of a breeze that came through the windows and the front sliding glass door needs some work to be able to open it. The pictures of the place look much better than it is. Needs work. It was fine for what we needed it for, sleeping, otherwise we really weren’t there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home itself is gorgeous. One block from the beach, the location can't be beat. It's recently been renovated and the kitchen/patio is wonderful for small groups. However, our overall experience was quite unpleasant due to the fact that the guaranteed parking spot was unavailable for the first 1.5days of our stay, there was only one roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms, there were no paper towels on the holder, and there was a bag of dirty linens left in the living room from the previous renters. Although the house itself was great, I would be hesitant to rent from this company again due to their unresponsiveness and maintenance/cleaning services.

Beach House Close to the Sand

Reviewer Comments: First, the positive features of the home: it was convenient, close to the sand, clean, queen beds in each room, close to food, bike rentals, etc. Overall, the description on the website was accurate. However, there were several things that were disappointing. First, the property sleeps 8. The kitchen lacks many basic items you would expect when feeding a family of 8, such as: no pot holders, no dish towels, no sponge, no large frying pan (2 small ones), no salad or mixing bowls, the cookie sheet was too big so the oven door wouldn't close with the cookie sheet inside. Also,the ice maker was broken (4 ice trays were provided), there were NO additional kitchen trash bags other than the 1 that was inside the trash can when we arrived! Before our vacation, I called NBVP 3 times and emailed once, to ask about the contents of the kitchen. My email was not answered and when I called to follow up, the property mgr. said she didn't get it. I was told she would call me back with an answer to my questions, but she never did. Finally, on my 3rd try, I was told that they didn't know what was included in the kitchen. It's up to each property owner. There was no list of included items. :( Finally, the maintenance man came twice, in the middle of our stay, while we were home, to measure and install a screen door. We were given no advance notice for either visit, as is required by the lease.

We new the one bathroom would be an inconvenience. And the parking space is for a compact car only. The house also did not include many things as far as toiletries, paper towels, kitchen towels, etc that would be expected. I have rented beach homes before where all these items are stocked as well as coffee and other nice touches. The house also could have been cleaned much more thouroughly.

Beautiful home steps away from the sand

This house was stunning on the inside. The garage is a bit small, the people renting above us had quite a large car so we weren’t able to park ours in there for a few days. It was also extremely hot inside the house, we constantly had the fans blowing because there is no AC in homes near the beach. Overall, this house was beautiful and perfect for the time being. Parking and the heat are normal adversities when coming to Newport, but other than that, our stay was awesome!
