The Space:
This charming three-bedroom, two-story condo has everything a large family needs to thoroughly enjoy their time in Newport. Just a few houses from the beach with front patio, ocean view rooftop deck and four car parking, this clean, updated rental is just a short walk to Newport Pier and amenities plus steps to one of the best beaches on the Peninsula, an ideal spot for all beach activities.
LIVING and DINING
The lower level living area has a queen sleeper sofa, coffee table and side chair, dining table with four chairs and a flat panel TV. The upper level has a queen-size sofa bed, loveseat, coffee table, ceiling fan and flat panel TV and an adjacent dining area with a table and seating for six.
Both kitchens are fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and granite counters. The ground floor unit has a breakfast bar with two stools for quick meals on the go.
BED and BATH
The ground floor bedroom has bright, colorful beachy décor, a queen bed and wall-mounted flat panel TV. The adjacent hall bath has a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the tastefully decorated master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, wall-mounted flat panel TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bath with shower. Kids will love the nautically-themed second bedroom with twin over double bunk and a full-size trundle. The nearby hall bath has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The home has a ground floor patio with beach views, ocean views and a barbecue, plus a terrific rooftop deck for soaking up beach and ocean views, soaking up the sun or enjoying family meals and sharing the days experiences. Dining alfresco is easy with a rectangular table & chairs and barbecue.
Four car garage parking is provided, and a full-size stacked washer and dryer is located in the garage.
THE LOCATION
The Newport Pier area is a quick stroll away with shops, local eateries, beach rentals and amazing sunsets. Purchase freshly caught fish direct from the fishermen at the Dory Fleet Fish Market, established in 1891. Seaside Donuts serves up fresh donuts 24/7 – the glazed blueberry are a BWR favorite! - and 21 Ocean Front and Fly ‘n’ Fish offer more upscale dining. Charlie’s Chili on McFadden Square is a “don’t miss” breakfast spot for many out-of-towners. Dory Deli has breakfast, lunch and dinner and great people watching!
The Peninsula’s only grocery store is less than a block away, along with casual dining options like Sancho’s and Chihuahua for tacos. Nearby on Newport Blvd across 32nd St, try Pescadou Bistro for neighborhood French cuisine in an intimate setting, casual Hook & Anchor’s award-winning lobster and seafood or Newport Fresh for sushi! Upscale Lido Village is a few more blocks beyond with high-end Nobu, bayfront cafès, boutiques and boat rentals. Taking in a feature film at the retro Lido Theater, opened in 1938, with art-deco decór, black light accents and a balcony is a must for film buffs of all ages.
