Property is conveniently located just steps from the best beach in Newport (great surf and less crowded beach than near piers but still close to the action), with restaurants, shopping, parks, the Balboa Fun Zone, Lido Village, Newport and Balboa Piers all within an easy bike ride or walking distance away.
Each unit is almost identical in layout and look with the upstairs having more living space because of not having a fireplace.
Also, the downstairs unit has a large patio.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, the property does not have central A/C (like most in the area) but does have ceiling and tower fans...opening the windows provides a great ocean breeze!

A portable A/C unit is available to rent for $40/day. Let the owner know if interested

PARKING:
- 2 space in shared double car garage (mid-size SUV/minvan/car); 2 small or one large car can tandem park behind garage


- General free street parking in the area can also be utilized (note there are certain days in the neighborhood with street sweeping)
