B&B a Newport

“Loved this location!!”

“Just a delightful surprise. We’ve been to Newport many times as our daughter lives there, but did not know about the Admiral Sims. The property is so close to everything, including Easton Beach, but is nestled in a neighborhood on a lovely property. The new wraparound porch is beautiful. Our room was lovely, with a fireplace and kitchenette. Everything about this property is really pleasant. The owner greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely go back again.”

“Personale gentilissimo, colazione eccezionale, atmosfera calda ed accogliente. La stanza era pulita e la posizione è ottimale. Lo consiglio caldamente.”

“Great breakfast, so many little extras, and the staff was fantastic, even surprising with a bottle of champagne for our occasion!”

“The breakfast here was amazing! We stayed on the third floor, and if I were to stay here again I’d have to be on the first floor and find a different place. The stairs are pretty steep and narrow, which”

I suppose in a qieter place, but not as close to shops and bars. We wanted to see the room we were supposed to be in, it was very small and sad, small window on the street and very close to the breakfast room, so we...

“Fabulous place to stay in Newport. Patrick was wonderful and the place was adorable!”

“Great location”

“B&B sul porto in zona tranquilla praticamente in centro. Bella stanza (Isaac room) molto spaziosa, bel bagno. Pulizia ottima. Ottima colazione con i prodotti freschissimi della Bakery del proprietario, frutta fresca, yogurth, succhi, ecc (possibilità di uova, ecc). Non ho dato il massimo per l'accoglienza non molto calorosa della ragazza che ci ha accolto (forse timida?). La mattina successiva però il proprietario ci ha saputo consigliare sulle cose da fare/vedere. Possibilità di parcheggio”

“Super clean room, soft 3 ply TP, water pressure was good and got hot immediately. Quiet, TV worked great as did the heat.”
