About This Property

Welcome to The Loft at Parallel 45, a stunning 2-bedroom lakefront retreat located directly on the American side of Lake Memphremagog - one of Vermont’s most beautiful international lakes.
Designed with a modern, open concept and floor-to-ceiling windows, this bright and peaceful getaway combines rural simplicity and modern design with cozy Vermont warmth. It’s the perfect spot to relax, reconnect, and enjoy four seasons of adventure: swimming, kayaking, fall foliage hikes, skiing, and ice-fishing right outside your door.

Located just 10 minutes from Newport, VT, and 30 minutes from Jay Peak (USA) or Owl’s Head (Canada), you’ll enjoy easy access to restaurants, shops, golf, and world-class skiing. Only 2 hours from Montreal and 3½ hours from Boston, the Loft feels secluded yet convenient.

The Space

This spacious two-bedroom loft was designed to maximize comfort and lake views.

Main King Suite:
- Open-plan layout with panoramic windows overlooking the lake
- Luxury king bed, soft linens, and reading lamps
- Living area with comfortable sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen TV with Apple TV & Netflix
- Kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and speed oven
- Small dining table for 2–4 guests

Second Bedroom:
- Private queen bed with premium bedding
- Includes pack and play for families traveling with children

Bathroom:
- Shared full bath with bath/shower and toiletries, plush towels, and hairdryer

Outdoor Area:
Step outside to your private lakeside retreat, with Firepit and Adirondack chairs for sunset views
Gas BBQ grill and dining space for outdoor meals. Private dock for swimming, fishing, or launching the two provided kayaks (seasonal)

ALL Amenities:
- Direct lakefront access with private dock
- 2 Kayaks + lifejackets included (spring–fall)
- Firepit, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining area (we'll provide plenty of firewood)

Winter Access & Snow Conditions
Please note that from late fall through early spring, weather in this area can change quickly. Snow tires and/or a 4x4/AWD vehicle are strongly recommended during snowy or icy conditions to safely access the property.
The road and driveway are maintained, but due to the nature of the terrain, guests without proper winter tires or all-wheel drive may experience difficulty. If you are visiting during a storm, allow extra travel time and use caution.

30 min drive from Jay Peak, which was the reason we stayed here. The view was gorgeous and the property is very nice. Nick was excellent about communication.
