“Had an early arrival spotless room overlooking Fred Olsen's Balmoral. Walked right on through the gate right to the ship. Staff was great and we had excellent Fish Pie and Monkfish Scampi as well as two night's complimentary breakfasts. Would come again often and days early before a cruise! ”

“Apparentemente carino, perché hall e spazi comuni ristrutturati in stile marittimo. Camera orribile, davvero troppo datata, bagno con vasca e tendina, dopo la prima doccia, acqua dappertutto. Arredamento scadente, pulizia anche. Lo sconsiglio! Non ci tornerei neanche per una notte. Qualità prezzo: COSTOSO!”

“Spacious off-street parking behind the hotel. A warm welcome and efficient staff. Clean, neat room and ensuite. Lots of hot water, soft towels. Comfortable bed. Nicely cooked breakfast with excellent eggs, bacon and toast, coffee and juice (other options available). Staff deserve a special commendation - there was an unexpected power cut in that part of town in the morning, but they managed to serve an excellent hot breakfast with no fuss or delays. Thank you!”

“The welcoming on reception. The room was spotless & immaculate, please pass thanks to the dedicated cleaning staff as the whole establishment is superb. The suite was simply amazing. Both dinner & breakfast were perfect as were the waiting staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. We highly recommend ”
