Graziosa villetta sul lungomare in un quartiere adatto alle famiglie.
Cottage ben arredato con tutti i comfort aggiornati di cui avrai bisogno per sentirti come a casa.

Questo delizioso cottage aggiornato ha molto spazio per tutti. Goditi il tuo caffè / tè mattutino nella veranda o un drink serale sotto il portico guardando un magnifico tramonto. Radunati attorno alla firepit e fai s'mores con la famiglia. Distesi sul grande divano componibile e guarda un film sul televisore a grande schermo con soundbar. Inoltre c'è una stanza bonus nel seminterrato dove i bambini possono guardare il proprio film o giocare ai videogiochi!

Common Fence Point è uno di quei quartieri che la gente ama visitare e vivere. C'è accesso diretto all'acqua dall'altra parte della strada dove è possibile nuotare, andare in kayak o prendere il sole. C'è il parco giochi locale, il diamante da baseball e, naturalmente, il nuovissimo CFP Community Center che ospita lezioni di ginnastica, attività per bambini, eventi musicali, serate di cinema, oltre a un piccolo negozio d'angolo per raccogliere oggetti di base o sandwich da portare in spiaggia, e tutto sono a pochi passi dalla casa.

La casa in posizione centrale è facilmente accessibile da tutte le principali rotte e attrazioni locali. Trascorri la giornata a Newport esplorando le dimore dell'Età Dorata, fai un tour panoramico di Ocean Drive o visita il Fort Adams State Park. Da non perdere l'incantevole Cliff Walk con vista panoramica sull'oceano.

Divertiti a scavare le dita dei piedi nella sabbia e a prendere un'onda sulle splendide spiagge locali, quindi fermati nella baracca della vongola locale per un rotolo di aragosta!

Se preferisci un po 'di cultura, Providence, RI è un veloce 45 minuti in auto dove puoi sperimentare il ricco patrimonio coloniale, una fiorente comunità artistica, ristoranti rinomati, negozi caratteristici e lo zoo Roger Williams.

Un breve tragitto in auto sul Mt Hope Bridge è lo storico borgo marinaro di Bristol, dove troverai un lungomare attivo pieno di ristoranti, negozi e caffetterie. Assicurati di visitare Colt State Park con incantevoli sentieri, aree pic-nic e una cappella all'aperto sul mare.

This property had an amazing view of the water and we really enjoyed watching the dog walkers each day. Cleanliness was top notch (new white socks that stayed white!!). Bathrooms and mattresses were exceptional. Heat, wi-fi, tv all worked well. Communication with the owners was wonderful. Decor was very tasteful. (Only suggestion would be less decorative pillows.) Overall, I would say this is a perfect vacation getaway and would recommend staying here.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend (got married in Tiverton nearby) and would love to come back for our anniversary next year! It was spacious, clean, and the hosts were super responsive with any questions that arose before or during the stay. The decor was lovely, the natural light and view off the deck were spectacular, kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed and the check out instructions were clear and concise. Our wedding photographer also loved the house and there were great spots within walking distance for photos.

The cottage was just perfect for our needs. It was a little smaller than it looked on line but no problem. It was so well equipped also. The only problem we had was the weather. It didn’t cooperate for this wedding. The host was exceptional with our requests. Would love to go back in the summer to enjoy the view.

Had an amazing week with friends at this perfect spot with great views of the waterfront. Coffee and cocktails on the deck every day with beautiful sunsets was the best. The cottage was well equipped and most relaxing and comfortable. Hope to be back in the future! Noelle and David easily reached if needed and made sure we had everything we needed..

We had a such a nice stay at this lovely house. It’s in a great location and the views of the water are truly amazing. The decor is beautiful and gives off a relaxing, beach vibe. Noelle is very accessible if needed and has provided all that you could want or need. We would definitely stay here again.

The cottage is in great condition and well furnished. It is right across the street from the bay, and has a deck with a nice view of the water and sunsets. The neighborhood is quiet. We found the owners to be very responsive.

Noelle’s Coastal cottage is a slice of heaven that surely satisfies a seaside dream vacation. The corner lot location touts a well groomed yard brimming with flowers and delightful breezes off the bay. The interior of the cottage is beyond awesome with every convenience provided. The hand chosen decor is fitting, the furniture most comfortable. Each room has an overhead fan and the bedroom storage is very ample. We spent a great deal of time reading in the sunroom with the expansive bank of windows overlooking the water. Our favorite place was the deck. We spent every morning and happy hour admiring the boat traffic. The awning was a perk enjoyed late afternoons and during the evening sunsets. We opted to cancel several proposed day trips and relish the sights from the deck instead. Since we ate out often, we didn’t take advantage of the well equipped kitchen. We did however use the new gas grill a few nights. Although we didn’t use the lower level, it too is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Working with Noelle was a definite pleasure as she constantly strives to make sure her guests are in need of nothing and comfortable. Our 2 week stay in this charming Common Fence neighborhood was over the top. Our hope is to be able to return to this little slice of heaven for another memorable vacation.

Perfect spot overlooking the bay with easy morning and evening walks along the quiet side road or the beach. The home was as advertised and we wanted for nothing. Our hostess, Noelle came by to make sure we were comfortable and to address any questions we may have had. I would not hesitate to stay here again, probably one of the best, if not the best rentals we’ve ever had. Close to both Bristol and Newport so a perfect location for sightseeing.

We had gotten married in Portsmouth 28y ago, wanted some more room, needed to stay near Providence (25min drive) for Memorial Day wknd. True to photos on website, upper level of home has living areas/sunroom/deck to view sunset/bridge/water. Local shell beach right across street, neighbors walking dogs, feels v safe. Coastal Roasters nearby, open 6am. Easy drive up to Boston last day to catch flights. Don't forget to bring your own drip coffee (if getting in late, leaving early like we did!)

Seaside Cottage gave us the perfect view we were looking for while on our vacation in Rhode Island. We knew it would be cool and overcast but we still wanted to enjoy our morning coffee while relaxing on the wonderful front porch overlooking the water. It just made for a great start to our day. Check in and check was very accommodating, the cottage was wonderfully appointed with a comfy sofa, great bed linens, well equipped Kitchen, and tons of windows for a great view. My cousins and I stayed for the weekend to attend my daughter’s shower and now need another excuse to go back. Not only was this beautifully decorated in a great neighborhood with a fantastic view it is impeccably clean and decorated. This place exceeded expectations and the host was great in communicating and making sure everything was in great shape.

Wow! What a great place to stay. Exactly what we wanted to spend Thanksgiving with family. With nearby supermarkets, friendly neighbors and a gracious host, this is such q great place to stay. Loved walking in the morning and afternoon and enjoying beautiful views all along.

What a beautiful home! Very clean, very comfortable and incredible views right in front of you! There were five of us for a girl’s weekend, and this house was perfect. It’s in a nice, quiet & friendly neighborhood. A great area for walking or biking. We had cocktails on the front deck watching sailboats and a beautiful sunset. There is so much to see and do in the area including a quick drive to Newport. Noelle was terrific to work with…will stay here again when back in this area. Fabulous getaway

Noelle was a wonderful host and the house and location were just perfect. The house was clean and very well kept - we were all very comfortable and wished we could have stayed longer! Our stay was in October and the weather was very rainy that weekend but I would really like to come again in the spring or summer to enjoy water. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

A very special cottage in a very special spot! The hosts have provided a lovely, well equipped and super comfortable getaway with beautiful waterfront views off the front porch in a terrific neighborhood. They thought of everything one might need and made some great suggestions for our visit, plus the place was modern and spotless. We found Portsmouth to be a perfect landing pad for exploring the area- convenient and close but away from the hectic fray. We loved our stay and cannot wait to return! This is a beautifully updated cottage with a great water view. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is across the little street. The cottage was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for at home cooking. The location of the cottage is perfect for exploring coastal Rhode Island. The cable TV is limited in channels, so if you don’t have streaming apps, get them, if you are planning on watching much television. You will love everything about this house. And the homeowners? Well, they are lovely caring people, who will make sure that your stay is perfect! *If you have mobility issues, please be advised that the stairs to the basement are very steep.
