Discover this quaint, cozy gem that is convenient to everything Newport County has to offer. You'll feel right at home in our beautifully designed 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottages. Each cottage features two levels of living space. The first floor is composed of a kitchen with breakfast bar, half bathroom and living area that has a pull out sofa bed and a flat screen HD TV. The second floor is home to the bedroom which is outfitted with a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. With all the conveniences of home, these cottages is perfect for a weekend getaway or extended stay! * Please note, there will be a $50./night per dog fee added and is not currently included in this booking. East Island Reserve will contact you prior to stay to asses pet fees that may be applicable. 2 dog limit per booking.


PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION:
Guest agrees to the following:
To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount.
No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date.
No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows.
Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.
