Great location. Off street parking is a plus. The only sink was in the bathroom, wish there would’ve been a sink in the kitchenette area. I would have no hesitation using this place again.

You really can’t find a better location, we were able to walk to dinner and shops. The parking was great on site. The neighborhood has many nice streets to walk around. The coffee for the Keurig was very good and there was plenty.We were surprised that the bed was a full, we had expected a queen. The bathroom door was warped so it could not be completely shut. Overall cleanliness was ok, but there was a large stain on the carpet, hair on bathroom floor and hair on the extra pillows. The room was also lacking a trash can with the exception of a very small bathroom trash can.We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed by the items mentioned above.

Phenomenal location, wonderful room, comfortable bedding, beautiful bathroom. Carpet desperately needs to be replaced. Garbage pail needed.

Great location and room

This is our fourth year in a row staying at a property in Newport, RI. Every year has been at a different location. The location of this year's rental was terrific. Very clean and well detailed unit. Parking was a breeze as well. The only negative (and can't blame the owner for this) is there was a lot of loud street noise on the first night. Revelers singing at the top of their lungs around 1:30am. It did wake us all up. But will chaulk it up to being in such a great location.
