Offre agli ospiti un'esperienza unica, tra cui l'accesso privato a un ampio terrazzo sul tetto che vanta ampie vedute del porto di Newport e del ponte di Newport Pell. Unbelievable location, condo and appointment of condo! Everything was outstanding. Kitchen was big, roomy, perfectly stocked for our 4 days. The master downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs were ALL en suites- just fabulous! The balcony off the upstairs level had a beautiful water view AND the rooftop deck with great views was ONLY for this condo- I imagined it was for the whole building but only this condo has the code to the rooftop! Amazing. It is perfectly located- we walked to the Breakers and the Cliff walk, and in the other direction it’s an easy walk to Bowen’s wharf area. There were some minor issues and the maintenance staff was attentive, accommodating and quickly resolved the issue. They were great to work with. I will only add that it is a third story walk up, with two full flights of stairs and another to the upstairs bedrooms and another up to the rooftop. If you are not a stair walker then this may be a challenge for you. But we are 53, 61, 72, 81 yrs old and we were absolutely fine. And Yes! We are coming back!!

Sisters trip with husbands

We had a great time staying in Newport a couple of nights before heading to our condo on the Cape. The Newport condo we stayed in is on the third and fourth floors with the bonus rooftop deck. The condo was very clean and a great place to hang out at the end of our day.

60th Birthday Girl's Trip!

Loved the location; close enough to walk to downtown but not in the heart of it.The access door to our roof from the condo wouldn't work and the management company sent someone very quickly. It was perfect for a girl's weekend - 3 bathrooms were super helpful. Two different living room areas were so great since some of the ladies wanted to rest etc.The unit was a bit warm for our group of menopausal women but it's on us that we didn't call to have them come adjust the temperature - they would of been there lickety split!

A little climb but worth it

Super nice property that fit 6 adults very well. Even had coffee for the Keurig! We were on the top floors so we had to climb 2 and 3 flights of stairs numerous times a day (and 4 if we spent time on the roof!) but worth it. Would stay again.

Sisters Weekend

Really nice, quiet location on Thames. Good walk to Bowman's Warf. Paved parking for 2 cars for our upper floor rental, and 2 additional spots for a separate rental below. Parking lines are not visible, so had to accommodate for space. Lots of steps to enter through the back. Beautifully appointed w/ 3 bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom and shower. The private roof top deck was a bonus. Spectacular views!

Lovely, private top decks and 2 living rooms.

Lovely, safe location. Close to many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Having en-suite baths for each of the 3bedrooms was a definite plus as well as two living rooms on two floors. Furnishings very nice and beds were comfortable, newer and pristine clean linens! Enjoyed our stay very much!

Newport Stay

It was a great location and the house was big and spacious. We loved that it was right in the middle of everything in downtown. Parking lot was also large. However, we had a lot of ants in the kitchen and also in one of our bathrooms upstairs. It made it difficult to make food in the kitchen and felt very unsanitary with a 4 month old baby.

Wonderful property, great location. Comfortable accommodations. Only suggestion would be to equip the kitchen with more cookware (cookie sheets, platters, etc) Would definitely stay again and will recommend to others.

Perfect Family Newport Home

The 2 separate living rooms were great - I e for a playroom for kids and the other for adults. Good size bedrooms and comfortable beds and great that each had en-suite baths. The roof top deck was phenomenal for cocktails and relaxing.

Great loft close to all that Newport has to offer!

Our group of 3 adults and 2 children enjoyed our Newport getaway at this property. Check in was easy, the host was responsive, and the property was clean and suited our needs. After checking in we had a small issue with the heat not working and the refrigerator not working. A call to the property host quickly fixed both issues. The property itself was updated, had a great layout with two upstairs bedrooms for privacy, and one downstairs bedroom. As a bonus it was within walking distance to all of Newport’s attractions. The two off street parking spots behind the property were convenient. We recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

2-day birthday celebration trip to Newport

Great place and great location. My only regret was that it was rainy and windy from Hurricane Fiona so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the roof deck. Would have picked a cheaper place had I known.

Girl's Trip

Had a fabulous trip with 4 girls, great location walking distance to all the best restaurants and bars, walking distance to spa @ Goat Island, loved the en suite baths, kitchen and a/c both excellent, loved the roof deck!! Parking for two cars, and had an issue upon arrival with a smoke detector beeping but management sent maintence man right over to fix.

Perfect girls weekend

We had a little college reunion, 6 of us. Everyone was so happy with the place. Happy hour on the deck was amazing, perfect location to walk to everything, parking was easy. We had a blast and look forward to booking it again next year!
