La perfetta vacanza in famiglia lungo la costa dell'Oregon ~ non troverai una vista migliore!

Una completa ristrutturazione ~ tutto è nuovo di zecca! Questa casa con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni è stata completamente ristrutturata con alcuni dei migliori ritocchi e mobili nuovi di zecca. Due camere hanno una vista diretta sull'oceano e sul faro, una camera ha una vista parziale sull'oceano. Arroccato su un promontorio che si affaccia sull'Oceano Pacifico, anche nelle giornate più burrascose, la vista è sempre sorprendente.

Situato nel quartiere Agate Beach all'estremità nord della città, vicino a spiagge, parchi, ristoranti e negozi locali.
La cucina splendidamente ristrutturata con elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca ha un sacco di spazio per la preparazione ~ puoi persino vedere la vista sull'oceano dall'isola della cucina! Rilassati sul divano nel soggiorno e ammira la vista panoramica, goditi l'accogliente fuoco nel camino o guarda un film. Qualunque cosa tu faccia, ti godrai sicuramente il tuo tempo.

Inoltre sono inclusi una lavatrice e asciugatrice, Wifi e quattro TV a schermo piatto con cavo.

Visibile da questa casa, è lo storico Yaquina Head Lighthouse, il faro più alto dell'Oregon, prima illuminato nel 1873 e ora aperto ai tour. Cammina attraverso l'area naturale eccezionale di Yaquina Head per esplorare le maree e fare birdwatching. Oppure, guarda un film in corso al Newport Cinema, a meno di mezzo miglio dalla tua porta di fronte a Hwy 101.

Un sentiero accidentato si trova vicino a Starfish Cove dal quartiere alla spiaggia, o troverai un accesso più facile alla spiaggia a sole due miglia a sud dal sito di ricreazione di Agate State Beach dove puoi passeggiare lungo la spiaggia o giocare in acqua. O prosegui verso sud fino al centro di Newport per l'Oregon Coast Aquarium, famoso in tutto il mondo e per le divertenti attrazioni come Ripley's Believe It Or Not, The Wax Works e Oregon Undersea Gardens, tutti a soli quattro miglia di distanza lungo la storica baia di Newport.

Lovely stay, beautiful views and home.Trail to the beach as described...is very sketchy so we did not attempt it and drove to a 2 min away beach access that was great!The views from the living room and deck/hot tub area are amazing! Lighthouse and waves crashing...sunset,top notch!! Dined in Depot Bay, amazing restaurant called The Tidal Rave just a short 10 min drive away, food was amazing!....walked downtown Newport shops, coffee shops and had lunch one day at Rogue.Only downfalls to our stay was we were unable to wash clothes/towels as the washing machine was not working (drywer was fine) so messaged VRBO contact to let them know and a few things were not clean upon arrival (freezer and floor under dining table). Also told the VRBO agent and they were very apologetic as soon as I sent the message.Would recommend for families or a friends trip!We had an amazing time on our girls beach trip!

This house is beautiful and the lighthouse/ocean view is incredible. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, and everything was extremely clean. This is a great place to relax and really appreciate being alive. We have stayed here twice now and are hoping to do so again. Newport is a great little harbor town with many interesting things to do. The property is convenient to all activities, great restaurants, and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Our stay was fantastic and we can’t wait to come back!

Lighthouse View

This was a lovely property with the most amazing views ever! The location was perfect as a starting point for daily excursions and easy access to grocery shopping for stocking up. The home was exactly as described and came with a well equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. Speaking of breezes, it was wonderful to be able to open the windows to have ocean breezes throughout the house. We enjoyed the separate den and the fantastic jacuzzi! The beds were comfortable enough and the bathrooms were nice. We struggled trying to use the TV in the main living space but no worries, there was so much to do and also it was a lovely space just to relax.

Excellent Stay

I’m pretty picky about cleanliness and Fort Awesome hit the mark. The property was beautiful, and we loved it. Some people noted that the area felt sketchy, and I disagree. We had no problems with security or feeling like we should be worried about it. The hot tub was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was nice as well. I brought my own pots and pans because I’m picky but you could get away with making a couple of meals with what is provided. The view is amazing and this place feels very homey for being a rental. All of the shared living spaces were good for lounging for 4 people, and would be good for up to 6! The seating was comfortable, tvs well placed and worked, and plenty of room to eat in the dining area. The WiFi was excellent throughout the house, which is a plus because cell service is iffy on the coast. There was also cable that included the regional sport package (Root Sports for MLB). Overall, I would absolutely book this again!

Stunning Views!

We loved our stay so much that we booked it again for Next Thanksgiving before even checking out. That view is stunning and we loved our daily walks on the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and (besides groceries)- had everything we needed to make a fantastic Thanksgiving feast! The ultimate surprise of the trip was visiting the Tide Pools! Can’t wait until next year!

Stayed for a girls weekend. The house is beautiful, clean and had very sufficient amenities in the kitchen for cooking. Timely responses to questions regarding booking.
