“The property was nothing like the pictures. No restraint it was not operational, boarded up windows, rooms piled with furniture, stained mattresses and this was all seen from the outside. We asked for a refund and now have to call Expedia for the refund.”

“Room was “ok” there was dirty towels left from previous guests missed by housekeeping and the curtains has black visible stains. Bed was comfortable and view from the room was enjoyable as well. Food at the bistro was AMAZING their staff was all incredible as well.”

“Our family of 5 stayed in the one bedroom suite. It was a lot more spacious than I thought and the layout was very nice. This is our second time back this year and we are always very happy with the staff and amenities. The staff is prompt and helpful. The gym and just enough, the indoor pool is our favorite and the location is great. The breakfast is also very good and provides a lot of variety. Overall, its our favorite place to stay in Newport!”

“For starters, my floor was so filthy. I use the bath towel to go from the bathroom to the bedroom to the bathroom and into the bedroom and it was pretty brown when I got done after three days when you walked across the floor it sounded like your feet were sticking to it. I brought this to the desk attention two times they told me oh it’s the soap we use on the floor. The room had a foul smell, which eventually went away. “Nice large rooms in a convenient location with free shuttle to the casino! Includes a decent free breakfast (powdered eggs most likely) at a reasonable rate. Enjoyed my stay”
