The view was wonderful. The balcony was a great place for sunset pictures and pictures of Yaquina head lighthouse. The condo was very clean and we enjoyed the whole experience.

Easy check in, with an email and a code for the key box. No app necessary! The place was clean and well appointed. The deduction for the cleanliness was long hairs found in both bathrooms, including the tub and one of the counters. The kitchen had some items put away that weren't very clean. I will note, that the OVEN was clean, unlike a previous review stated, so that was a relief!The place is furnished ok. The sofa had seen better days and could use an update. The beds were so-so. I would have appreciated a headboard on the queen bed, because it's against a window, and that makes it difficult to sit up in bed, having that indent in the wall there. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the main bedroom, and the balcony. There was an unhoused individual camping illegally on the grounds right next to the property, so her set up was part of our view. But she was very quiet, and discreet about being there. The house next to the property is a bit of an eyesore as well, junk outside, etc. But that isn't the fault of the property owner, so I am not deducting any stars for that. Just more of an FYI. You can see the beach, a beautiful sunset, and a great view of the lighthouse, so perhaps, just focus on the good.Location: pretty convenient. There is no way to get down to the beach from this property. You have to walk down or drive a few blocks to the nye beach shopping area with the archway, to get down to the sand. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and met our needs!

Stunning view, beautiful main space and deck, great location for sights near or far. That part is 5 star. The primary bedroom has fab view and is large with its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is small with no view and the building light outside is visible overnight. The kitchen has enough cookware, but cheap dishes for such a beautiful space (with only 3 wineglasses total) and the bbq was filthy with no propane tank supplied even though the listing says it was included.

Comfy Condo and Lovely View

This 3rd-floor condo has commanding views of Nye Beach, with Agate Beach and Yaquina Head Lighthouse beyond. The unit is well-appointed with comfortable furniture and super-comfy beds. The unit was immaculately clean. The elevator was a big plus. The TV was unimportant to us, but I suggest you provide some written instructions on how the entertainment package works with the remotes. We would consider coming again.

Great location. Great condo. But we were killing bugs in the kitchen area the entire time we were there. Left text for property manager which responded with a “We knew there was an issue but the exterminators must not have got em all, here’s $100 for your troubles “

Nice and tidy

The unit was clean and arrangements were easy. I need to express my dislike for the second bedroom: the bed was uncomfortable and the closet was stuffed with thi.gs so that it was awkward to use. However, we enjoyed our stay overall. Gorgeous view from master suite.

Amazing Coastal View

Extremely clean, spacious, and oh, those views are breathtaking! The balcony view could not be beat woth the beach and the coast. The lighthouse is in plain view, and we even saw whales breaching the first 2 days. Wonderful property and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely weekend away!

Amazing view and great natural light! We enjoyed the fireplace and the kitchen was nice and clean. Short walk down to a great beach and easy drive to the aquarium and harbor. We really enjoyed our dinner at Local Ocean and had fun watching the sea lions while eating lunch at Clearwater.

Lighthouse View

Loved looking out the window and seeing the Yaquina Head Lighthouse. Short walk to a trailhead to the expansive beach where you can walk for miles! Very comfortable condo. Large kitchen but small TV.

Awesome view

Very nice accommodations. Would have liked window coverings for the big windows in the family room. Afternoon sun is blinding but only for a short time. TV is small for this type of unit. A larger one mounted on the wall would be better for this condo. Other than that we were very satisfied with this condo and look forward to renting it again,

My daughter and I had a wonderful time! A little mama daughter getaway before she goes off to college. :( The condo was amazing, and as described online. The views were incredible and the washer/dryer was a added bonus. I would definitely stay here again. Maybe the next time, I'll bring my husband.

Excellent family destination

My husband, 2 year old daughter, and I had a wonderful time. Really enjoyed the location, access to the beach, gorgeous views, and watching the lighthouse. The condo was extremely clean & everything was up to date & operational. Would highly recommend to others.

Condo with a view

The view is lovely, neighborhood is quiet, and the condo is very comfortable. Personally, I would probably rearrange the primary bedroom so the bed is on the other wall, as it makes more sense for opening the view up even more and making it possible to sit up on the one side without leaning against the window, but am guessing the current arrangement was done to accommodate the treadmill.

Beautiful view of the Yaquinta Lighthouse

The condo was so comfortable, and views of the Oregon coastline and Yaquinta Lighthouse right out the living room window made this a most memorable stay. We'll be back!

Great family time

My husband and I spent four wonderful days in this beautiful condo. The lighthouse view was breathtaking, the condo is roomy and comfortable and it was very clean. We plan to come back!

The whole package!

Such a lovely unit. Well equipped and STUNNING views. The unit was spacious and perfect for our girls week. We slept well but would have really appreciated memory foam mattress toppers. Definitely a place we hope to return to.
