Questa casa con tre camere da letto e due bagni è situata nel centro di Newport. La proprietà si trova a pochi passi da Thames St. nella fiorente area del centro / lungomare dove è fiancheggiata da ogni lato con innumerevoli bar, ristoranti, negozi e case storiche.
Il piano inferiore è una cucina / sala da pranzo / soggiorno / sala da pranzo a concetto aperto. Al piano inferiore ha più posti a sedere per intrattenere o rilassarsi, ha anche un bagno completo e lavanderia / fango. Al piano superiore ha un bagno completo e tre camere da letto ciascuna con armadi di buone dimensioni e TV a schermo piatto in ogni camera. Due delle camere hanno un letto matrimoniale e una camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto matrimoniale. (7 posti letto). La casa è ideale per famiglie, coppie o gruppi fino a sette persone in cerca di una posizione in città che è possibile parcheggiare le auto ed essere a pochi passi da tutto il centro di Newport ha da offrire. Easton Beach (1st Beach) e Cliff Walk sono anche a pochi passi di distanza. 20-25 minuti. (Guida 6 minuti), Sachuest Beach (2a spiaggia) (Guida 12 minuti) e le dimore sulla Bellevue Avenue sono circa. 15-20 minuti a piedi a seconda di quale si desidera visitare (5 minuti di guida). Water Shuttle è raggiungibile a piedi 8 minuti. dalla casa che offre un servizio hop on - hop off ed è possibile esplorare il porto e visitare alcuni dei luoghi più belli come Fort Adam. Il campo da golf (Newport National Golf Club) è sempre circa 7 miglia (guida 16 minuti). We spent a long weekend at the home and absolutely loved it. Multiple restaurants, waterfront, and parks all within a short walk (a walk that my 4 year olds had no problem with). Even though bars and restaurants were close, the home was quiet and comfortable. Off street parking for multiple cars. We will definitely be back in the future!

I brought my 80 year old parents to Newport to tour the mansions and see the town. The location was fantastic! Only 2-3 houses down from Thames Street! The place was comfortable and exactly as pictured. Very easy to access the house and the parking was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a perfect location for Newport, walkable to everything and a short drive or bike ride to the beach. I do wish there was outdoor furniture to enjoy the salty air.

Very nice place to stay for a Newport weekend. John was very responsive and helpful. My only reason for 4 stars on "Accuracy of listing" is that it says the place has a Spa. It does not. I did confirm this before arrival but the listing needs to be edited to have that removed.

The location of this home cannot be more perfect. If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, newly renovated home to stay in for a few days in Newport, this is the perfect one. John, the host, was great with communication from booking all the way through to check-in. The house is on a small, quiet block at the south end off Thames St so it’s not as busy as it would be more towards America’s Cup Ave. It is perfect walking distance to anywhere in town, including Bellevue Ave where Elms and the other mansions are. We’re from a big city area so I overestimated the size of all the blocks. O’Briens Pub is a great place to eat and is less than one minute walk from the front door. I thought it was probably 2-3 minutes in looking at a map. There are so many great places to eat and visit in just a 10 minute walk. In the other direction down Thames you can easily get to the Park which has a playground for little ones and a nice walkway along the water to see the marina and harbor. Cannot recommend this house enough!

This property was as advertised. Location is great with many things within walking distance and also very close to the waterfront. Very clean with three bedrooms and nicely decorated. Had a fun field vacation in Newport with a homebase that was comfortable on a quiet side street. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Lovely accommodations. Comfortable beds, quality linens, host provided everything needed for home away from home. Clean and comfortable, parking in a driveway was very helpful because on street parking in the town is tight. Would definitely schedule another visit!!
