Le viste sull'oceano assolutamente panoramiche sono tue da questo favoloso condominio di Nye Beach! Ha un grande piano aperto che offre una sensazione molto confortevole e rilassante. Dichiarazione di non responsabilità per mesi di maggio-novembre 2019: ci sarà una costruzione esterna su tutto il complesso che comprometterà la vista, avendo il compensato sopra la finestra che oscurerà così la vista sull'oceano e la rimozione del ponte. Il parcheggio sarà anche un problema con tutti i veicoli da costruzione. Torna in autunno per l'aggiornamento
 Nessuna scala da salire. Ha una grande camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e TV e due bagni completi. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto matrimoniale e un letto pieghevole disponibile per ospitare un totale di 2-5 persone. Rilassati sul ponte coperto per vedere l'oceano e i favolosi tramonti o goditi il prato erboso direttamente fuori dalle porte del patio. HDTV via cavo nell'ampia zona giorno con lettore DVD disponibile. Accesso a Internet gratuito. La cucina completamente attrezzata semplifica la preparazione e il godimento dei pasti con tutte le migliori stoviglie e servizi. Molti condimenti extra con caffè e tè. A breve distanza a piedi potrete godervi il caratteristico quartiere storico di Nye Beach con molti ristoranti, boutique, gallerie e negozi di articoli da regalo, o godervi una passeggiata sulla spiaggia. Il ponte è protetto con frontale in plexiglass e copertura ambientale e ha sedie per sedersi per godersi la fresca aria aperta. O goditi i favolosi tramonti dall'interno e le selvagge surf invernali.

This was a great property! You can really tell Shirley cares about your stay. There were so many little thoughtful touches she put into the experience. The condo is beautiful and updated, very clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend!

Just what I needed. Picked this place on an impulse trip to the coast. I Had no idea what a little gem this place would turn out to be! I kept seeing exceptional in other reviews, so I thought ide give it a go. And it truly turned out to be “exceptional”. The view of the ocean was amazing! The condo itself was so incredibly clean. Nicely furnished with charming decor. It’s in a sweet little neighborhood with a few, charming small restaurants and shops. I was so pleased with the place that I tried to extend my stay but learned it was already booked. And Shirley, the owner, responds to texts so quickly. I learned The only reason I was able to book this place on an impulse was because somebody had last minute canceled. Quite the blessing for me at a time I needed a get away after the loss of a close friend. Planning to return in the future, but I’ll know to look in advance. In reading reviews left in the guestbook it seems that there are many, many people who return over and over once they find this sweet little treasure.

Beach view could not have been better, and it's just a short walk to the beach. Many restaurant options are nearby, and Shirley makes it easy to prepare your own meals because she supplies EVERYTHING you could possibly need. We've never found any other rental as well-stocked as this. She is easy to contact if anything comes up. The only glitch is that the TV doesn't have the news shows we like.

We just checked out today (August 3rd) after staying (unfortunately) just 1 night. As soon as we pulled out to drive home I immediately began looking at dates to return. This condo is TOP notch! From the beautiful views, the amenities and all of the extras Shirley provided it is by far the best place to date we’ve stayed at on the Oregon Coast. Shirley has thought of everything to make sure you have the most fabulous visit. She even left us a thank you card, a coffee card and some special snacks. It was an amazing touch. I brought my book with me and did not even pick it up once. I sat in the most comfortable recliner with the slider open staring at the beautiful ocean. I’ve never felt so relaxed. So relaxed I couldn’t even pick up a book! We walked on the beach which was steps outside the front door. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect location. We can’t wait to return. This was a great place for us while visiting relatives in Newport. The 1st floor is easy access and good moving luggage inside. The interior is newly refurbished so is VERY clean and comfortable. Furniture is nice and not broken down or worn out. The master bed mattress was a bit too soft for us but still nice sleeping conditions. Great views and access to the beach. Highly recommend

Great location and well stocked

This condo is in the Nye Beach area, a really cool part of Newport. The condo was clean and well stocked. Perfect for a couple or family with small kids. The view is awesome and the path to the beach is just around the corner. The owner is a great communicator and does everything needed for a nice stay. There is one reserved parking spot for you and if you have a second vehicle you’ll have to find a spot in the neighborhood. We walked just about everywhere from this location.

Ocean view and comfortable recliners

This was a clean property with a wide glass door and windows, plus a balcony to enjoy the ocean view. Plenty of room and comfortable seating. Very good location, within walking distance of restaurants and shops.
