Location is ideal and the unit was clean and comfortable. Very quiet from street noise, but one bedroom is under the upstairs unit (or maybe the foyer to several units?) so, I was challenged with morning foot traffic as I tried to sleep in… but I am extra noise sensitive. Everything was perfect though and we would stay there again in an instant.

What a wonderful stay! The location is ideal! Right in the middle of everything- food, music, coffee, shopping. Great parking! Beds are comfortable, the place was spotless! Having 1.5 bathrooms is very convenient. Can’t wait to come back again!

Great hotel alternative

Clean and updated apartment in walkable downtown location with parking. Traveling with a toddler it was great to have a full kitchen, outdoor deck and 2nd bedroom.

Perfect Newport Downtown Location

Description is spot on. This is a very clean and very well equipped apartment. Parking was very easy and the location is central to absolutely everything. Excellent time overall and I will definitely stay here again.

Great property and location

Great location, so nice to have parking! The unit is a two floor basement unit. The basement location of the bedrooms kept them nice and cool during the humid summer nights. Spacious, comfy and clean. Well appointed and thanks for the coffee bar! The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed— only would ask for ice cube trays! Thanks and will stay here again!

July 4th - Newport RI

Prefect spot and will continue use this location and exact property when home visiting Newport. Location, access, cleanliness and convenience were the best in Newport. The hosts were very accommodating. Awesome stay.

Amazing Property

The house was adorable. So clean, modern and well kept. It was within walking distance to everything in Newport. We walked to all the mansions, shopping, and restaurants. We spent every morning sitting on the deck having breakfast and drinking coffee. We would definitely come back and stay again.

This was ideal for us as I have been recuperating from spinal surgery. We were able to park & walk everywhere. It was spotless & comfortable. Me & my daughter stayed and we would definitely go back but for a longer stay.

Right in the Action

We all loved this place! Right in the heart of Newport (Thames Street). We walked everywhere except to the mansions. The place was clean and super easy check in/check out. Two levels gave us all some space. One word of caution…the staircase is a steep/narrow circular one. If anyone has small children or mobility issues, it might be tricky. 5 STARS!!
