Very Nice and large 1bed/1bath on historic Pelham St. Perfect place to crash after a long day exploring Newport. In the heart of downtown, walk to all the best restaurants and bars Newport has to offer. With high speed internet, own parking space, and shared full kitchen, this is a perfect sport to also get some work down while enjoying your time.
We are always available to guests if they need anything. Checking is done on the app where you will find all the codes and directions to your unit. Please do not hesitate to ask for anything during your stay!
On historic Pelham st, walk to all the restaurants and bars in downtown Newport including the famous Black Pearl. Brick market is a few min walk if you want to go shopping and 1st beach is and easy 10 min on foot
Guests have access to their private bedroom and attached private bathroom. As an additional amenity for guests, there is a private office, professional fully stocked kitchen and dining area for guest use if desired.
In the summer, your in a great part of town to walk everywhere and not have to deal with traffic. But with your own parking space, its easy to drive to the mansions and get back into your room without having to look for spaces.

Perfect place, perfect location!
This trip was the first time to Newport for my husband and me. We were SO pleased that we had found the perfect place for us! The place looks just like the pictures, was clean, quiet, and easy access to the wharf and Thames Street. Communication was great and had easy check in. We also appreciated having a parking spot at no additional cost. We highly recommend staying here…….and you should think about checking out our favorite restaurants, the Gas Lamp Grille, Pasta Beach, the Corner Cafe, and the historic White Horse Tavern.

Perfect stay
A short 3 Day mother daughter trip; first time to Newport. The house location was ideal, lots to do in town, even in April. Easy drive to Providence to explore the city. Our room was perfectly clean and comfy and the house had everything we could need. Many thanks for a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything about the property and accommodations exceeded our expectations. It is in a perfect location in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The off street parking is such a bonus. The property is very clean as are all the common areas. We would most definitely stay here again.

It’s very nice place , hope they change the name listing I was under impression that we are renting the whole house , as it was advertised. Wish I knew that sooner that it’s only room in the house and walk through kitchen for everyone . Otherwise nice place , great location, very clean and neat.

Excellent property & location
Although we did not physically meet the owners of the property, all communications through email was always on-time (i.e. receive the door codes). Property was perfectly clean and the location to the downtown is a 2 min walk. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Relaxing winter stay in Newport
My partner and I and our pup very much enjoyed our visit. The property is well maintained, our room was spacious and very clean and the proximity to the attractions of Newport could not be beat. It was also wonderful to have on-site parking. Because of the location close to everything, we were able to do our day time sight seeing and shopping and take a restorative break in our room before taking an evening stroll. Thanks for a much needed respite.

Amazing, clean & close to downtown
FIVE-STARS all around!!!! My wife and I wanted to get away for a few days and this place served as the perfect accommodation for her and our dog. We were SO IMPRESSED with how CLEAN and organized it was and the building’s location could not have been more perfect. We could walk to everything. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery (being surrounded by the blocks’ historical homes), even directly outside our window. Can’t forget the brilliant dark ‘make-up’ towels provided to guests, which really impressed the wife! We will definitely keep this location in our minds for future visits. Cheers!
