- This stunning apartment is part of a development in the heart of Mawgan Porth, a beautiful beachside village between Watergate Bay and Padstow. This area is the UK's lifestyle hotspot and a mecca for surfing fans and a brilliant destination for family holiday makers. Mawgan Porth is only 4 miles from Newquay and boasts a glorious west-facing sandy beach. You will also find some fine eateries, pubs and cafes. There are numerous activities available, from karting and crazy golf to breathtaking walks along the coast paths leading to the Bedruthan Steps. Other attractions include Newquay Zoo, Pirates Quest, the Eden Project and many National Trust properties.
On entering this elegant ground floor apartment you will be greeted by the cosy but spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge, which offers a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside through the patio door, is a great place to snuggle up and watch the Smart TV. The light and charming kitchen area has all you will need during your stay including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. Heading further into the property you will find two stylish bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is also a bathroom, complete with shower over the bath, and WC.
Heading outside via the lounge, you will find a delightful patio area with garden furniture so you can relax outdoors. Or you could head over to the shared swimming pool or the tennis courts for some fun and exercise. Swimming Pool open May-October - Local restrictions may be in place.
