The coast path runs past the bay, connecting to Newquay's seven bays in one direction and Mawgan Porth in the other, with clifftop scenery along the way. Exposed to Atlantic swell, Watergate Bay is an excellent spot for watersports and has long been popular with families, dogs, and thrill seekers alike. Music festivals and surf competitions run throughout the year, keeping the atmosphere along the shoreline lively and energetic.


This split-level home has its open-plan living area on the first floor, making the most of views over the bay and out to sea. The full-width first-floor balcony stretches across the front of the property, with a table, chairs, and sun loungers set against views over Watergate Bay.
