Watergate Bay stretches across 2 miles of sand facing incoming Atlantic swell, a draw for surfers and watersports enthusiasts. The clifftop coast path leads south to Porth Beach, 2 miles away, and on to Newquay and its selection of beaches, shops, and restaurants, 2.5 miles from the property. Heading north, the path reaches Mawgan Porth and the dramatic cliff formations at Bedruthan Steps. Surf competitions and festivals add to the bay's lively atmosphere throughout the year.


The spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space sits beneath a barrel-vaulted ceiling, with charred timber cladding adding texture and drawing the eye toward the coast. Full-width sliding glass doors open onto a generous deck with views across the valley and headland. A velvet corner sofa and chairs crafted from sustainable and reclaimed materials fill the living area, alongside coastal photography and locally themed artwork. In the dining area, a large table sits beneath a suspended feature lampshade, and a breakfast bar provides additional seating. Rough-sawn oak cupboard doors and antique brass handles finish the kitchen. Two super-king-size bedrooms each have patio access and an en-suite bathroom with a double walk-in rainfall shower, freestanding double-ended bath, and WC. Two further bedrooms each have zip-and-link beds configurable as super-king-size doubles or twins, plus pull-out truckle beds. These rooms share a Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom accessed directly from both, with a bath, walk-in shower, and WC. There is a separate cloakroom with WC on the first floor and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer at the bottom of the stairs.


The property is set across two levels, with the first-floor veranda furnished with outdoor chairs and a dining table. Below, a ground-floor patio offers additional outdoor space (not enclosed). Store room facilities include a wetsuit rack, surfboard store and an outdoor surf shower. Two shared electric vehicle charge points are located in the car park, shared with other properties in the development. Designated parking is provided for two cars.
