The townhouse spans three levels, with the main living area situated on the second floor, featuring a spacious mudroom ideal for storing ski equipment. The sunlit living room boasts an oversized, comfortable sectional sofa, two cozy chairs, and a 60" HD smart TV, along with a DVD player and an assortment of board games and puzzles. The well-appointed kitchen offers modern appliances including an electric oven/range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as plenty of cookware and utensils. The dining table comfortably seats six, with additional seating for six at the bar-height counter. Step outside onto the deck from the family room, complete with a gas grill.

On the third level, you'll find the primary bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, and private full bath, alongside a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with another queen bed. A second full bath is located off the hallway.

The lower level features a fourth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, along with another full bathroom. The recreational room includes a smart TV and a large sectional couch, perfect for creating a "kids only" space during family getaways. Additionally, there's a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a foosball table for entertainment.

The Locke Mountain community offers a private complex just a short walk away, featuring a heated outdoor saline pool, hot tub, and fire pit, as well as an indoor sauna, changing rooms, and a spacious lounge with a fireplace, games, and a TV.

During the summer months, enjoy activities such as golfing at the nearby Sunday River Golf Club, hiking to Frenchman's swimming hole, exploring mountain biking/hiking trails, or browsing local crafts at the farmers' market in nearby Bethel.

There is a Level 2 Tesla charger available at the unit for guest use.
