“Cabin was beautiful. Very peaceful setting and hosts just leave you to it. Door was open for us arriving and hot tub was pre-heated. Would definitely recommend.”

“Hotel bello, in stile retrò/marino. Posizione magnifica vicino alla spiaggia di Ayr. La nostra camera (4persone) era divisa in due stanze ricavate in un cortile di servizio. Stanza principale confortevole ma un po’ umida, l’altra fredda e con un divano letto non troppo comodo. ”

“Absolutely brilliant experience. The hotel is beautiful. Staff are so friendly and welcoming they can’t do enough for you. A bit slow when ordering room service a few times we had to phone twice as nothing arrived and it took over 1 hour when it did. The food for a 5 star hotel isn’t the best and not worth the prices charged for it. Very adverage food. ”

“Beautiful location with lovely, comfortable accomodation. The night staff were very friendly, accomodation and helpful on our arrival. We felt very welcome. However the day time reception staff were quite abrupt and rude not only to us but we watched a few other guests get 'told off' for petty things. Was rather unfortunate to witness. It spoilt the mood immediately. The lounge area was so relaxing with gorgeous views. The pool area was nice and clean but the floors are quite smooth and slippy!”

“Cottage was clean cosy and comfortable. It is about 15 mins drive to castle douglas. Owners live next door so easy to contact with minor issues. We were familiar with local area as visited frequently before.”
