The dish network in the room was not working. The staff said they knew that when I checked in but didn't bother telling us. Once we visited about that we were told our room would be discounted 15% for the inconvenience. Now that the transaction has been completed there has not been a discount applied. ...

The heater was on, and nothing I could do would turn it down or turn it off. The room was sweltering and neither me nor my daughter could get any sleep.
