Newtonmore holiday
Great location. House manager very helpful. Good house but problems with electrics and plumbing. When we booked the accommodation listed that there were showers located within the house......this was not the case none of the showers worked. When we reported this we were advised that the booking agent should have told us as you had been made aware of the issue....This was a problem as we had 2 elderly people (86 years old) who could not dafely get in and out of the deep baths. I am disappointed that you did not asvise of this issue.

We've had several family holidays and we all agreed Biallid was the best.
Good communication over the Covid years when we had to keep postponing. Punctual and helpful. Lovely welcome to the house, the accommodation suited us perfectly, warm and plenty space. We also thoroughly enjoyed Netonmore and surrounds.

Positief:alles ruim van opzet,het aantal slaapkamers, heerlijke woonkamer met open haard,keuken voorzien van alle gemakken Omgeving is heel mooi met achter het huis de bergen en aan de zijkant een rivier Minder de kwaliteit van de bedden en het warme water. Er werd wel eens gedoucht met koud water, niet lekker. Top week gehad

Perfect family getaway
This house was perfect for our family getaway. There were 13adults, 4 kids and 2dogs that all went and the location and size of house was perfect, the kids thought they were in a castle. Plenty room and great facilities and the wood burning fire was amazing. Amazing memories and looking forward to returning next year.
