When I talk to the person at the desk and told him that we didn't have a microwave in our room he said oh really that's strange we can talk to somebody in the morning. Then we were informed that no rooms have a microwave it's a community microwave downstairs. And it was filthy, they had stuff all over the carpets and the elevators and the...
