“The location is excellent but that is where it ends. I have no idea why everyone is giving it the 4 or 5 stars. Please people tell the truth. The rooms are mediocre at best and very dated. The shower robes basically told the full story. They were fraying to bits. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep in as the mattress seemed very tired as you sunk right into it and the electric heaters gave such a dry heat we had to turn them all off. “The luxury room was refurbished so was in lovely condition. The pool and playground are in bad shape. In the photos they look in great condition but they need an upgrade, especially for how much you pay for the facilities.”

“It was basic accommodation. We were concerned that the main door was lockable but not the door to the balcony. We only had 1 pillow per person and only a kettle. The sound proofing is not good you can hear people in adjoining rooms.”

Unico ricordo un po’ spiacevole quando alla reception mi viene detto di no quando chiedo un’altra bustina di detersivo per la lavatrice dovendo fare due cicli di lavaggio (testuali parole: ne usi metà perché il prodotto è molto potente…) Mi permetto di suggerire di accontentare un cliente che spende centinaia di dollari a notte per una camera e vi chiede un refill di detersivo ”
