침대에서 봐라보는 뷰는 굿

방바닥은 그저그랬지만 침구나 타월상태는 깨끗하고. 방뷰와 수영장 식당뷰는 너무 좋았습니다. 다만 수영장 물관리와 크기가 아쉬웠어요

Nice hotel,poor service and location unless your f

The only good thing about the hotel is the building.location is well away from anywhere unless you are russian or chinese and the hotel only seems to look after the guests from there.i was from the uk and they never sorted my issues with the room as i think they didnt understand english.very poor service .

found cockroaches on the last day; safe wasn't working properly; shower would clog up, water did not drain; breakfast buffet was OK, staff was very friendly but accommodations were not that great.

wonderland hotel close to the beach

fabulous staff but room given destroyed our holidays. ultimately they had to move us to a better room on the last night of our stay. they extended our checkout time too. smaller rooms will suffocate you. do not go for smaller rooms it isnt designed well, at times we felt that we were there to repair that room. great breakfast we loved free brekfast provided. pool was nice and staff were friendly. it will cost you a taxi fare everytime you go to the main shopping area/flower city. nice ocean views, would’ve been awesome if the windows were clean. nevermind it was an experience and I am hoping no one goes through this.

Отличный отель с чистым бассейном

Комфортный отель. Сразу заселили на 2 часа раньше, так же разрешили оставить вещи но 5 часов после выселения. Номер стандарт с окном на город. Это простой вид, но со стороны центрального фасада с раннего утра светит солнце, в то время как у меня была полутень и достаточно было открытого окна (окна большие) и редко включенного вентилятора. Очень качественная уборка. За 11 дней смена пастельного белья была два раза. Отличный бассейн, вода всегда чистая, уборка помещения производится каждый день, так же моют покрытие бассейна и происходит смена воды, постоянно работает насос. Я ходила в бассейн каждое утро и иногда вечером ,это было очень приятно и чисто. Завтраки однообразны, но голодным никто не останется. Отель не большой, соответственно и ресторан не большой, но мест хватало всегда. Приятный, вежливый персонал. В номере хороший сейф, по размеру планшет помещается. Рядом стройка, но шума от стройки не слышно. Что не хватало: был маленький холодильник, но он не работал, при обращении к администратору, встретила милую улыбку, этим и ограничились. Не захотела портить отдых выяснением отношений. Море напротив есть, но купаться там не получится, так как это набережная. Нужно пройти метров 200 до песчаного пляжа и захода в море, но опять же купаться там не советую. Течения в этом месте гонит грязь и мусор в стороны берега. Если пройти метров 500,то будет уже чистый пляж и чистая вода. Кафе где поесть много,они на каждом шагу и можно выбрать, в зависимости от уровня цены и комфорта.

Great views from the room. However, there is not a beach in front of the hotel (just water). You have to walk a few minutes to get to a sandy beach.

Be more open with the potential customers

Before I get started I believe you should be aware that at the time of writing this review there was major building work going on right next to the hotel, I mean like another hotel is being built next door (or at least I think it's a hotel by the size of the plot. so check before you book if this is a problem for you. Here we go, location: I believe would be very quiet if the building works were not there, but is isn't close to the main hub of the town it took us about 25mins by scooter and you would definitely need to take a cab if your gonna get to the clubs and bars. View: this hotel overlooks the sea there is no beach outside the front, The water was full of silt, the closest beach is about 10/15 mins walk. Room: first room I stayed in was clean and spacious. Facilities: Gym was woeful very basic and to be honest not very useable no mats and a couple of machines I ended up not using. I had to put a towel out the floor to cover the tiles.the reason I am maybe so negative about the gym is because one of the reasons I picked this hotel was on that basis I could have been closer and paid less for one without a gym, however I suggest the hotel either stop advertising it as a gym or improve the room maybe add some mats for the floor. Breakfast: Adequate but limited. Staff: Friendly and very helpful, Note: consider hiring a scooter very easy to use & cost less per day than taking a cab into town, it can be hire directly from the hotel

Not wonderland more like blunderland

I only chose this hotel for convenience to my family. Other than that it's run down the service from food and beverage staff is woeful and I'm sick of seeing them on heir phones. Room service or housekeeping don't attend after 8 am so if your not up they don't do your room and they don't restock the mini bar no matter how long you are there. Not a patch on other hotels next time we stay at La Paloma villa they are way way better and the service there is great .

Good value

We stayed in a ocean view room. The view is terrific. The room is small but the rate was low too. Cleanliness was average. The hotel is 4 km away from the city center but there is a bus line No 4 to take you to the center. The fare was 0.30 USD. Staff was very friendly. There were a lot of restaurants close by on Cu chi street. Overall it was a good value.

Recommended

It's a little bit far away from the beach but close to the local main street, so that you can taste REAL local food with local price (not tourist price). Staffs are friendly and helpful. Ask them for local tour or airport pick-up service would be cheaper than order by yourself.

친절하고 가격대비 짱

청소를 엄청 깔끔히 해줬습니다. 방 냄새도 나지 않았고 전망도 아주 좋았습니다. 프론트의 직원들이 젊고 활기차고 친절했습니다.

Budget stay with great views

The hotel was in better shape than most hotels in Nha Trang because it is fairly new. It is not located within walking distance to the city centre so you will have to take a taxi everywhere. The view from the rooftop pool and breakfast restaurant was immaculate. The pool was rather small. The free buffet was horrible. There were a mixture of Vietnamese and western dishes but everything lacked seasoning. Usually you can't go wrong with a sunny side up egg and toast but their bread was dry and the eggs are fried in advance so the cooks can start washing dishes in the back.
