Overall the place was clean and a nice place to stay. We were very comfortable there for the most part. Water pressure is a little strange at times. For the price, it was a great deal. Communication with the owner was non-existent. We asked questions several times and got no response. We even attempted to call them and never had anyone return our call. Overall, it's worth the money, regardless. It had a good amount of space and had the essentials we needed.

Everything was fine. Location near the falls. The residence borders on a neighborhood that has a sketchy appearance, however we had no problems.

Our stay at Niagara Falls in this Vrbo was very nice. It was only minutes from the Falls. The rooms were nice and big with a ton of space. We felt safe in the neighborhood. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the home due to site-seeing.We always use Vrbo for our trips and some recommendations I would have for this particular Vrbo is to have a comfortable chair or 2, along with a TV in each room (the only TV is in the main sitting area). Also, to have several hooks in the bathrooms to hang your towels (currently only has one bar).The 2 main complaints I have is:1. The main bathroom had no hot water in the shower; however, did have lukewarm water in the sink. Considering I just had knee replacement surgery and had to climb stairs to take a shower, was very difficult!! I did text them around 2p and I stated we would be leaving around 4p, if the maintenance guy could be out by then; they stated absolutely. We left at 4:47p and we didn’t want anyone in the home while we were gone. 2. Communication between me and the owner was NOT satisfactory. I booked on May 15th and immediately asked about parking because we had 3 separate cars going. I heard nothing. They did state if I had any questions, to contact them and when I tried, all I heard was crickets, nothing until August 7th. Simple question that would have taken no more than 30 seconds to answer. Overall, it was a nice place to stay!!

Several problems - the downstairs was dirty - they said they needed to change the soiled tile but that needed to be done before renting. Linens were dirty with stains. Neighborhood is not good. Several code violations including ceiling tile loose, switches too close to wall

When we arrived we were a little concerned with the area. The place looks like it use to an office building. The inside was very clean with 2 bedrooms on main level and 2 upstairs. All with queen beds. Plenty of towels and kitchen well stocked. The central air didn’t work. There were window air conditioners in some bedrooms. The main level stayed warm to hot. After being there several days part of the building had a condemned sign placed on a front door. That was concerning but our part of the building was fine.

Great place and location. Communication can be improved.

The property is really close to the Niagara Falls. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable for a family to stay in. The property has two parking spots available, which was great.The only lacking area was communication. The check in process was only explained the day of arrival, despite me sending a message the day before and receiving a message non-related to my question. Some of my questions got answered by what looked like automated messages; not via personalized communication between the owner and us.

New Years Stay

Stayed in this home over new years 2025. Proximity to the casino and border was great. House communicated easily and provided all the necessary answers to my questions!
