  • La mia casa restaurata è poco più di 1800 piedi quadrati ed è composta da tre BR, una sala da pranzo di buone dimensioni e un salotto per la raccolta. Parcheggio disponibile in loco per un massimo di due auto. Parcheggio aggiuntivo disponibile proprio dall'altra parte della strada. Ottimi ristoranti locali, l'accesso alla Maid of the Mist e alla Cave of the Winds sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Una passeggiata in Canada è più corta di un disco quasi tutti i giorni e durante l'estate hanno messo in scena uno spettacolo pirotecnico piuttosto buono. Una camminata di tre minuti ti porterà ai più grandi luoghi di osservazione che troverai da vedere
    Come puoi vedere, ho la fortuna di essere in uno dei più grandi posti del mondo. A parte la forma essendo così vicino alle cascate, sono circondato da grandi eventi durante l'estate. La scena locale all'aperto è migliorata con i concerti di Artpark. Controlla il loro sito web per i dettagli su chi sta arrivando in città.
    Alcune ore di camminata lungo Centre St a Lewiston passeranno velocemente ed è un ottimo modo per mangiare, fare shopping e godersi un villaggio molto cool. Quando hai finito, cavalca le rapide del basso fiume Niagara in un Jetboat (divertimento serio). Considera un giorno a Ft. Niagara e Youngstown. Riempi la tua giornata con delle ottime birre artigianali locali e visita Dee a Lox, Stock & Barrel. È fantastica e ha solo cinque minuti di guida. Prenota qualche giorno e divertiti. Se vai a casa affamato, inaridito o non gestito, è colpa tua.

La città ha recentemente iniziato una vera e propria repressione contro le abitazioni prive di licenza e in alcuni casi non sicure che sono pubblicizzate su vari siti web. Vi incoraggio ad esercitare la dovuta diligenza nella ricerca del vostro noleggio come arrivando nella vostra posizione solo per scoprire che non sono operativi a causa di una mancanza di licensure non sarebbe nel vostro interesse.

Niagra Falls trip

Absolutely perfect place to stay while visiting Niagra Falls. If we return, this is where we will definitely try to stay. And will share with any friends or family heading that way. Be sure to check out Spot cafe down the street towards the falls.....amazing little place to eat breakfast or lunch.

House was just as advertised and clean and welcoming. Dan had great communication and was a wonderful host. Location is wonderful...we walked everywhere and had a great stay.

Near it All in the Falls!

Dan takes pride in his property and cares about the experience of his guests! Very clean, and so close to all the attractions you want to visit. Well appointed and so convenient, would recommend for a weekend get-away or business visit. Plenty of dining very near by and a short few blocks to Little Italy. Morning run along the Falls so very nice!

Wonderful Rental

This was such a wonderful rental. It is centrally located to so many activities and the falls. Dan is such a great owner, easy to reach for questions, and even brought us some bread (YUM). I would definitely recommend this home and would love to come back.

Wished we could stay longer.

Great location, beautifully restored home. All our needs met. Lots of fluffy towels & soaps were waiting for us. Loved the shower! Dan our host was wonderful & promptly responded when I had questions. Hope we can return in the future.

Exceptional 5 Star Stay

I really can't say enough great things about Dan and, his property. Beautifully decorated home, beds are super comfy, large common areas, fluffy/big towels, the waterfall shower is amazing and, the location is perfect. Dan himself was personable, kind and very helpful. His recommendations of local spots to visit were spectacular and, you can tell he is just a great human. If you found this property - book it. You won't find better.

I'm hesitant to post a review, because then you might book it when we want to return! ..and actually, it's all been said before. Great location, clean house, snacks, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of clean towels, even the little shampoo bottles! The host is readily available if you have any concerns (and we had none).

Perfect Home

This was our second time staying at this home. Anytime we come to Niagara falls, this is the only home we stay at. The host is fantastic, the space is lovely and the location is absolutely the best in the area! Highly recommend!

Great location, excellent accommodations

The house location couldn't have been better - less than 10 minute walk to the Park. Beautifully decorated, with many photos, old & new, of Niagara Falls. The 3 bedrooms, all nice sized, had comfortable queen beds. Very spacious and clean place for my family of 2 adults, 2 kids to relax after a day of sightseeing. Dan was responsive to questions both before and during our stay, and treated us to yummy donuts on our last morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great apartment with easy walk to Falls

This apartment was impeccably clean and an easy walk to the Falls. Plenty of room for our family of four (2 adults, 2 children) and communication with the owner was prompt and helpful (with great restaurant recommendations!). Would definitely return if we were back in the area!

Wonderful location and beautiful home

The home is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful location close to the falls. The size was perfect for our family of 4 with 3 bedrooms, all with very comfortable queen beds. The owner Dan was very accessible if needed. He even brought us donuts on our last morning! We enjoyed the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds and walked to the falls one night for the illumination. We also enjoyed excursions to East Aurora, Buffalo, Old Fort Niagara, Lewiston, and a boat tour on the Erie Canal in Lockport. We definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect Spot

When you first turn onto Buffalo Ave and head to the house we were a bit nervous....but that feeling was squashed as we approached the house, it was quaint as were the other homes that surround this home. We got inside and the kids were so excited at home beautiful this home was, we felt right at home. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was a great size. The living room and dining room sat us all pretty comfortably. I didn't get to spend much time on the front porch, I wish I had. The location is ideal, just a short 10-15 minute walk to the falls, we literally walked there everyday and at night time, too. This home is well cared for and VERY clean. If we are ever back in the area I would stay in this house in a heart beat. Thank you Dan.

A Nice Getaway

Staying in Dan's house was so much better than a hotel. The property was clean and we had so much room to spread out. This was the first time our family has traveled since the start of the pandemic and we were impressed by Dan's cleaning procedures. We cooked multiple meals and the kitchen was well equipped and enjoyable to cook in. The bathroom is well updated and the shower was amazing! The property was close to the falls. We also took a day trip to Lewiston and Fort Niagara both of which were not a far drive from the house. We had the perfect Covid-19 safe getaway thanks to Dan and this property.

Air Force Buddies Surprise Reunion

The house was amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. Very cozy and comfortable. We all felt “at home” as soon as we got there. Very conveniently located. Dan did lots of little “extras” that was really great. Plenty of towels, travel size shampoos, an array of chips and chocolates, coffee, tea, and creamer. There is cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime videos. Plenty of dishes and cooking items. We intend to rent from Dan again. Really enjoyed the stay.

Very welcoming

I've never felt so welcome walking into a rental house. There were towels and soap on our beds, phone chargers in each room, and snacks in the kitchen. The house was adorable and in a great location! We walked to the falls and the casino. Dan was great and we had a fantastic weekend!

Awesome house and location

Loved the house and its location to Niagara Falls. Owner was very easy to communicate with and work with and went out of his way to help us when we departed and we encountered freezing rain. Highly recommend this home.
