Unauthorized bookings by locals will be canceled by Airbnb and no refund will be given and/or access to the property will be denied.

Absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED. The house is for registered overnight guests only. There will be an additional charge of $45 per person for any additional guests who were not confirmed on the reservation. Please make sure the guest count is accurate when booking. If you need to change the guest count, please do so through the Airbnb platform prior to arrival.

1. Smoking is STRICTLY prohibited inside the house.

2. Pets are NOT permitted on the premises.

3. Additional guests must receive prior approval from the owner. Failure to do so may result in a fee increase, eviction, or termination of the rental agreement.

4. When transporting luggage within the house, please take care to avoid contact with walls and refrain from scratching the floors. Lift luggage instead of dragging it.

5. Please note that cleaning services and towel replacements are not included during your stay.

6. Prior to checkout, dispose of all garbage in the outdoor garbage bin. Additionally, mop up any spilled drinks.

7. Before departing, ensure all lights are turned off, windows are closed, and the door is securely locked. Please send a confirmation message upon checkout by 11:00 AM.

8. Any damages should be reported immediately upon check-in.
