“We were greeted at the door by the owner Phil. The location was ideal - within walking distance to the main shopping/dining area. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the remote control fireplace. Breakfast was brought to our room in a lovely festive box and included fruit, juice, fresh baked croissant, yogurt, and mini egg/bacon quiches. ”

“Room clean and comfortable, staff very helpful.
Morning coffee in the lobby was great for early risers, but tea would be be great also. Staff did accommodate when asked.
Breakfast was perfect and the young man that served us was very professional and attentive.
Very nice stay and would highly recommend.”

“The Shaw Club was a classy, lovely hotel at Niagara on the Lake. We had a great stay, easy check in, and unique amenities such as a virtual concierge and beta fish pet-for-a-day. The lobby had waters, coffee, hot cocoa, a couch/tv to relax in. The room was super clean, beautiful, and modern. “We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived. The highlights of our stay: Stellar Suite: Came with a cozy outdoor fireplace. Spotless: The room and facilities were very clean. Perfect Location: Right downtown and close to everything.Highly recommended! We will definitely be back.”

“Property was gorgeous! The staff were incredibly helpful and the afternoon tea was an incredible experience. The only con was that Netflix didn’t work on our room tv. Overall, I would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxed retreat.”
