“Breakfast got very busy and they ran out of several items … and there was a long wait for it to be replenished. Possibly needs extra staff in the kitchen. The food was good though … when we got it!”

“Overall good, it’s not really fair to use my experience as I was in and out in a very short time frame but more so that the property is basically brand new so it should all be “excellent”.”

“To start; it is a budget inn in my opinion. The lack of elevator(s) represents a challenge for many travellers. And, the lack of any holding bar in the bathtub / shower is definitely a safety issue. On the positive side: a) The location is not bad to get to the core of downtown or to access the QEW or the American side. There is public transportation at the door; b) The breakfast is quite abundant.”

“Very clean room, easy to access hotel from highway, close to shaw festival theater. Staff were extremely friendly and engaging from the front desknstaff to the dinning room staff. Food was good in the restaurant. Overall great stay.”

“Took a half hour to check in at the front desk despite four people working. Breakfast was pretty meh! Bacon was cardboard. No sugar in the room for coffee Noisy and thin walled.”

“Nel complesso bell’hotel . Camera spaziosa , pulita , strana la presenza del camino ( era luglio ) che comunque era regolato al minimo . Bagno grande con vasca idromassaggio e doccia separata. Colazione semplice , buffet con poca varietà ma abbastanza curato . Personale gentile , posizione ottima per girare il paese .”
