“Overall, we had a good stay, but there were a few things I didn’t like. Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, it should be 3pm because the check-in process was slow, many guests had to wait in line and couldn’t get into their rooms until after 4:00 PM. I also felt that the room cleaning and preparation seemed rushed. Another downside was that not every room has a microwave, which I think is inconvenient.”

“room had leak in a/c we were not moved i came back home with a nasal infection and my wife with a sore throat with cough for the last 4 days due to bacteria fugus . We stayed in room 226 room 225 across from us drunk girls banging on door for over an hr terrible stay. Manager gave us 20000 pts on our Hilton loyalty but that was all because we booked through third party . John at hotel front desk was the best and Anthony maintenance was great as well”
