This is a hotel of highs and lows.
The service was brilliant. All staff super helpful, enthusiastic and hardworking.
The restaurant tries hard and is reasonably priced but misses the mark in places eg a starter of mini samosas with no raita or mango chutney so a little dry.
A small plate of fried fish bites which again just needed a little tartare sauce to elevate.
The bedroom was ok. Clean enough. A comfy bed, lovely view. But renovations have been done cutting corners eg tiling not quite fitting and pipes exposed where not needed. The air con was very welcome on but is via a portable unit which requires the window to be left open for the condenser pipe to operate. This meant it was pretty noisy and the mozzies could get in.
