studio near cours saleya in the old town
The location is very good for visiting the old town in Nice or to have a nice walk along the seaside. Also many restaurants and pubs are located nearby. The accommodation (3rd floor, no lift) was a little apartment of an old house renewed some years ago I guess. Climbing the stairs with my heavy baggage was not that easy, but fortunately I am not that old...the room under the roof was ok, there was some noise from the street nearby but I found it a nice sign that the city is alive. What was less nice was the mattress which I felt as obtained by joining two one-place mattresses with the result of being non-planar. If one is well organized or has time to do the cleaning some money could be spared, it was not my case so for me the price was rather high even if as I understand the city center is rather expensive. In summary, apart from the mattress issue especially important if you think to sleep several days on it, I think the place could be recommended only for a well organized (never forget your cell phone otherwise contacting the reception might be difficult) young couple with no kids.

Peggiore esperienza in 10 anni di viaggi
A primo impatto si può pensare che con Apart hotel Riviera si vada a risparmiare ed invece si va incontro ad una incognita. Senza andare in tutti i dettagli, riassumo alcuni punti: -la descrizione delle condizioni dice "Il check-in posticipato dalle ore 18:00 alle ore 22:00 è disponibile a un costo aggiuntivo (l'importo è variabile)". Questo importo equivale a 40 EURO per arrivo tra le 18 e le 20 e oltre le 20 il costo è di 60 EURO. La camera costava 45 alla prenotazione, ma è arrivata a costare OLTRE I 100 EURO. - Se si esagera con il consumo di corrente te la fanno pagare -Preparatevi a rifare le lenzuola prima di andarvene, -Preparatevi a pulire bagni e pavimenti -Preparatevi a portare fuori l'immondizia Unica nota positiva era la posizione centrale, MA con 108 euro (costo totale comprese le varie tasse) potevo tranquillamente stare in un hotel 4 stelle con visuale sul mare.

Great and convenient location. Close to the hustle and bustle, but not in the middle of it. The Bar was pretty good for a quick stop when heading out or coming back, and was always well visited. The room was clean but very small- however, that was fine for us! Tons of restaurants and pubs nearby and all the sights and sounds are easily walkable.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was nice with plenty of space. There were a couple of niggly bits, the shower drain was really slow, the door was very stiff to open and close and lock, and the lady said they'd pop in and change the bedding and towels mid week which didn’t happen

La ubicación no es la que aparece aca. Esa es una oficina donde te dan las llaves a un apartamento en Centre Ville. A nosotros nos toco lejos de la playa. El acceso al apartamento es terrible una escalera de 1 mt de ancho y 3 níveles para arriba en piso liso y polvoriento. Que de milagro no te matas. No digamos si llevas equipaje grande y pesado. No te ayudan a subir ni a bajar las maletas. No te llevan al apartamento para entregarlo. Solo te dan las llaves suerte si lo encuentras. Encima tiene uno que bajar de nuevo a dejarles las llaves. El baño era pequeñísimo, el sanitario a penas si podias poner las piernas de frente super incómodo. Si tienes una emergencia de noche o algo no hay quien te ayude. Entiendo que son casas viejas restauradas pero podrian poner una advertencia o minimo ayudarte.

Querido cliente. Lo sentimos por su evaluación. Pero nos parece poco justificado. Había seleccionado un apartamento de categoría estándar, ubicado exactamente en el área restringida. Tal y como se especifica en los anuncios, antes de hacer la reserva, el barrio es muy antiguo. Especificamos que los edificios obviamente no tienen ascensor. No entendemos tu sorpresa. Si lo hubieras solicitado, siempre tenemos a alguien para ayudarte. ¿Por qué no preguntaste? Gracias

This was the best apartment for our holiday in Nice! The location is central and easy to find. The ApartHotel people were so kind when our stay was changed due to delayed flights. They were helpful and so kind. The dining and shopping in the area is excellent! There's a small grocery just around the corner, and everything in Old Town is a 5 minute walk away!

Location was great however the sink and shower were blocked from the previous people and when we asked for help to fix it they said yes then never did anything. The owner is also yet to return my 300 euro deposit… which I will be following up however I am extremely unimpressed.

For the deposit, since a deposit is NEVER debited, it cannot be re-credited. Too bad that you can judge our serious work only with these two inaccurate points, and that you do not specify that we offer, in addition, a free luggage storage service on your departure.

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt von Nizza und nur einige Gehminuten vom Strand sowie des Büros mit der Rezeption. Es gibt sehr viele Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Die Straße ist relativ ruhig, leider waren die Gäste in den anderen Appartements im Haus sehr laut. Es waren mehrere Gruppen jüngerer Gäste im Haus, die auch nachts keine Rücksicht auf andere Gäste genommen haben. Gruppen sind sowohl nachts um 3:00 vom Feiern zurück gekehrt und haben dabei laut durchs Treppenhaus gerufen und es wurde auch nachts laut Musik in den Appartments gespielt. Das Appartement hatte nur Fenster zu einem Schacht, letztendlich Blick auf eine Hauswand ca. 1,5 Meter entfernt, so dass man kaum Tageslicht sehen konnte. In der Beschreibung war angegeben, das Appartement hätte Blick über die Stadt. Die Ausstattung war gut, es gab alle Geräte, die für das tägliche Leben hilfreich sind. Allerdings gab es einige Stellen mit Renovierungsbedarf (abgeblätterter Putz, mit Klebeband fixierte lose Bodenleisten). Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, schneller Service.

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Super trevliga och hjälpsamma . Min uppfattning av bilderna jag såg så skulle byggnaden vara placerad framför havet , -Vi fick tyvärr någon byggnad flera kvarteret in mot staden , sedan var det flera trappor upp vilket var jobbigt utan hiss . Interiört (Behövs renoveras) soffan och annat hade massa fett och cigarrette fläckar , Såg en del silverfiskar på Golvet också , ganska ofräscht. Helt okey lägenhet.

Apartment is located in the old city. Very close to the promenade and to the city beach. That's great, undoubtedly. It is furnished rather good and you have nearly everything needed. However, there are some traces of wear and long term usage. Nevertheless, the top communication, friendliness and responsiveness from the owner smooth out those minor nuances. Altough, the cleaning fee is very exaggerated 45 EUR. To my opinion it is too high, especially, considering that you must leave the apartment absolutely clean (to wash all dishes, to sort all towels and rubbish, to make your bad and so on, etc. ), otherwise you are not in compliance with the rental rules and your safaty deposit will be charged. I don't know how this place is quite enough, as there is a night bar in front of the house. And thanks to the night curfew it was closed. Otherwise it would be impossible to sleep, as the building is old and the noise isolation is extremely bad. You hear all your neighbours and all people in the street passing by.

Não aconselho hospedagem.
A estadia em geral foi boa, mas o atendimento do pessoal responsável foi muito ruim, atendente que entregou as chaves altamente arrogante. Você só tem até 18 horas para pegar a chave, e cheguei as 17:59 porque meu voô atrasou ela não foi mostrar a acomodação e nem mostrar como abria o apartamento, não escutou o que eu estava pedindo, e ainda o apartamento que locamos não foi igual as fotos da apresentação do quarto. Então a única coisa boa era a localização. serviço de internet ruim.

Hotelli mainosti huonetta parisängyllä mutta siellä oli vuodesohva. Sohvan sängyn jouset eivät olleet parhaat mahdolliset mutta ei kaikkein huonoimmatkaan mihin olen Nizzassa aiemmin törmännyt. Samoin hotelli mainosti kaupunkinäkymää mutta ihan edessä oli vanha korkea talo, ei siis mitään näkymiä.. Huone, suihku ja ilmastointi olivat siistit ja kunnossa. Ylimääräisistä tilaa ei juuri ollut. Käytävällä haisi home mutta ei onneksi huoneessa. Ruokapaikat ihan vieressä, rannalle reilu 100m.

예약할 당시 호텔인지 스튜디오인지 명확하게 나와있지 않았으며 가보니 에어비앤비나 다름없는 집에다 엘리베이터도 없는데 위험하게 생긴 계단 3층을 무거운 짐들을 들고 오르락 내리락. 생각할수록 다리가 후들거리고 끔찍. 엘리베이터 없다는 거에 따지고 물으니 설명이 되어있단다. 없는줄알았으면 애초 예약하지도 않았을것을. 사진속과 전혀 다르고 이렇게 설명도 애매하게 해두고 전혀 위치도 다른 숙소는 처음이다. 지도상 바다해변가 위치해있는거처럼 보이지만 지도에 나와있는위치는 숙소 위치가 아닌! 사무실 위치라는게 함정. 가본사람만이 알수있겠지 이건.. 속지말길. 예약과 너무달라 최앍중최앇 일층엔 짱깨집 음식점이 있어 냄새올라오고 난리임.

Lejlighed med perfekt beliggenhed
Fin lejlighed i god stand og fuld udrustet køkken med en helt perfekt beliggenhed i den gamle bydel i et roligt kvarter. Der var dog sparsomt med kommunikationen, da vi ankom efter receptionen havde lukket, og med lidt forvirrede mails omkring ind- og udtjekning. Men vi fandt ud af det og alt fungerede, så overordnet et dejligt sted at være i Nice.

The only good thing about these properties are their location. They are central. I was not very happy about having to strip the beds and wash the floors (told to me after I booked or expect a charge). Yes I leave every hotel or apartment room acceptable before I leave but I think washing the floors and stripping the bedding a bit over the top

I loved how spacious this 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment was. The living room was sizeable and even included a dinette set. I loved looking out at Old Town streets. At night the streets were loud and the windows were not soundproofed. Kinda needed them open to cool the place down, but couldnt because of noise (bars are hopping from 12a-3a there). So it got kinda stuffy at night. Also we had to buy tpilet paper as 1.5 roles they provided was not enough for 4 nights and 4pp. Last we had to clean it ourselves or pay 78€ for last day housekeeping.

Dejlig beliggende lejlighed!
Dejligt ophold - god service ved indtjekking - praktisk beliggende - tæt på gamle by og øvrige af byens shopping gader - tæt på stranden! Et rigtig godt sted at bo hvis man skal nyde Nice

Appartement soigné dans un lieu extraordinaire
Dans le coeur de la ville , vie. Merci pour ce moment. La place Rosseti : un vrai lieu d echange, de culture, de plaisir.....un lieu de vrai recueillement, ou le saint communique avec la vrai vie. Merci au resto le clocher, leur sourire et leur salades.....que dire......merci. le marché au fleurs a 50 metres : des odeurs qui vous ennivrent et des accents qui vous enchantent. La promade des anglais, la baie des anges, la tour Bellanda a une enjambée. Des bretons en balade qui etaient venus voir INDOCHINE le 18 au Palais Nikaia . I love NICE

Great location
Three good sized bedrooms (not huge butgood) and a big kitchen/ diner/lounge. bathroom is quite small and no separate loo so between 5/6 that’s a bit tight. But it’s clean and so close to everything in the old town, reasonable price too. Check out could be an hour later and why do you always have to clean before you leave in France?

Location is perfect
Very bad experience when we arrived in town. Indication for parking was not include in our communication, we did not find the place. No car was authorise in this area, we need to park far away and have a long walk with our lugages.

Fabulous location, lovely apartment.
Lovely traditional apartment. Exceptional location and very helpful staff. Good amenities in the apartment, the shower in the main bathroom could be improved however overall very good apartment and would stay again.
