Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung bei Jean-Yves. Es ist Super-Gastgeber und wir konnten uns jederzeit bei Fragen an ihn wenden. Die Wohnung hat bis Kleinigkeiten (etwa geringe Ausstattung an Besteck beispielsweise) alles, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Die Waschmaschine im Bad war auch sehr hilfreich. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Jean-Yves nur empfehlen. Alles liebe und Gute.

A holiday to remember

We have just returned from our 3 week holiday at the home of Jean-Eves and his family. We were 3 adults and had one of the gites which had 2 double bedrooms. The gite itself was very clean and catered for all our needs. The details on the website are absolutely spot on - the gite was homely and the pool was stunning but what topped it for us was the beautiful billion dollar view we had to look at everyday. Jean-Yves was an exceptional host, on hand at all times, making sure the grounds and pool areas were kept clean and tidy. Always asking if we needed anything. He even helped us with the lighting of the BBQ, the first time we used it. I hasten to add this was not a normal BBQ, it was a small pit in the middle of a round table with 6 tall chairs under a straw gazebo. Quite hard to explain but I hope he puts pictures of it on his website because its fabulous and easy to use. We stayed in Antibes last year and used the train to travel around this year we hired a car. The location of the property made it really easy to go anywhere we wanted. I would also add there were 3 gites on the property and we had some incredible neighbours. The German family next door (I sadly didn't get their names) were an absolute delight. Thank you Jean Yves for making our holiday so brilliant. I absolutely recommend this property to anyone.

Wunderbar! Wir sind begeistert!

Lage ruhig oben auf dem Berg. Etwas Wind, Schatten, großer Parkplatz. Uns hat es gefallen die Flugzeuge beim Starten und Landen beobachten zu können und aufs Meer zu schauen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet für das Alltagsleben, sogar eine Wäscheleine hinter dem Haus. Auto notwendig. Ausflüge nach Grasse, Nizza, Antibes, Monaco, Cannes oder ins Hinterland problemlos machbar. Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Strandpromenade am Abend in der Nähe. Herzlichen Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub!! Es gibt noch so viel zu sehen und entdecken. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Très agréable

Les locataires de notre gîte ont été très accommodants et aimables et nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement. Jean-Yves s’est toujours efforcé de faire en sorte que rien ne nous manque. L’hébergement était très agréable, un peu provençal de style et très bien équipé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin et les lits très confortables. La piscine et la vue sur la baie étaient géniales et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le temps passé à Cagnes. Nous aimerions certainement revenir, merci encore, Salutations d’Iris , Mike, Max et Pauline:D

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren 3 Wochen in dieser Ferienwohnung, die von ihrer Lage auf einer Anhöhe über Nizza und Antibes einfach nur herrlich ist. Die Fotos auf der Internetseite entsprechen vollumfänglich den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Jeden Tag haben wir genossen. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer Yves war immer harmonisch

One Million Dollar View

Die Lage ist in der Mitte zwischen Nizza und Antibes perfekt. Man muss jedoch einen fahrbaren Untersatz haben, sonst ist es zu entlegen auf einem Hügel. Das "Anwesen" ist phantastisch mit einem Rundumblick über das Meer nach Nizza und Richtung Antibes. Ein Pool (den wir zu dieser Zeit quasi alleine nutzen konnten) sorgt für Abkühlung. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, es ist alles da was man braucht, allerdings etwas spartanisch und dadurch evtl. etwas ungemütlich. Mit ein wenig mehr Liebe zum Detail wie Teppichen, Lampen und ein paar Bildern wäre dieser Eindruck leicht zu verbessern. Wir können es aber trotzdem vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Jean-Ives war ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich viel Mühe gegeben hat und jederzeit ansprechbar war und sowohl englisch als auch ein wenig deutsch spricht, was in Frankreich durchaus außergewöhnlich ist.

Un havre de paix avec une vue magnifique!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Cagnes-sur-Mer! L'accueil de Jean-Yves était très chaleureux dés le premier jour, et chaque jour après, nous demandant si tout allait bien. L'appartement était propre, un peu éclectique dans sa décoration, mais ne manquant de rien! La vue de la petite terrasse de l'appartement est sublime, le jardin et la piscine très bien entretenus. Cela a vraiment été des vacances de rêve, grâce à notre hôte Jean-Yves!

Für uns eine perfekte Basis für einen tollen Urlaub in einer tollen Umgebung. In der geräumigen und gepflegten Unterkunft ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Yan-Yves ist ein äußerst sympathischer Gastgeber – immer freundlich und hilfsbereit aber stets dezent. Die Aussicht über den perfekten Pool ist beeindruckend.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben als Familie zwei Wochen in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Es war wunderbar. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Jean-Yves ist ein sehr sympathischer Vermieter. Die Lage ist etwas oberhalb von Cagnes. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und den Flughafen, muss allerdings für jeden Einkauf, Restaurantbesuch, etc. ins Auto steigen... Zum nächsten Geschäft sind es circa 1,5 km. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Schön gelegen, Ruhe am Pool

Die Wohnung und das Grundstück sind genau wie auf den Fotos! Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Fluglärm ist kaum zu vernehmen. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Es dürfte gern etwas mehr Geschirr da sein, ansonsten ist alles da, was man benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und rücksichtsvoll. Überhaupt waren die Franzosen - auch in den Städten der Umgebung - alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Herrvorragende Lage

Der Vermieter ist besonders freundlich, hilfsbereit und rüchsichtsvoll. Die Lage ist optimal, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umkreis zu erkunden und dann einen ruhigen Abend mit Blick auf das Meer zu genießen, vorher bietet sich noch ein Bad im sehr gepflegten Pool an. Ich war begeistert.

Die Wohnung liegt ideal für Unternehmungen. Zentral, aber ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Jean-Yves ist ein sehr unkomplizierter Vermieter. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

kleine aber schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Außenbereich (Gemeinschaftspool) ist sehr schön und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Die Zimmer sind schlicht aber ausreichend. In der Wohnung fehlt es allenfalls an ein paar Kleinigkeiten bei der Küchenaustattung. (scharfe Messer zum kochen) Sehr netter Vermieter, der ebenfalls in der Wohnanlage wohnt und sich um alles kümmert.

Toller Pool, gepflegter Garten Tischtennis, Boule, Grill, Parkplatz, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine ..., alles da, was man benötigt. Durch Hanglage toller Blick. Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs, Anstieg zum Haus für ungeübte herausfordernd (ggf ist schieben angesagt). Besser als Parkplatzsuche an den Stränden. Radwegeinfrastruktur super! Einziges kleines Manko: Ausstattung der Küche (Geschirr, Besteck) könnte üppiger sein. Wir kommen wieder.

Ein rundum schöner Urlaub !

Die Lage ist perfekt. Nizza, Antibes, Cannes, Grasse , Monaco … sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Somit war das ein sehr abwechslungsreicher Urlaub. Das Objekt bietet eine fantastische Aussicht aufs Meer. Trotz des nahen Flughafens wird die Ruhe nicht gestört. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder !!!
