ARCHITETTO VILLA CON VISTA MARE A NIZZA COSTA AZZURRA

Villa contemporanea con calma su 350m2, si compone di una piscina esterna riscaldata e un giardino molto grande, cinque camere, ognuna con il suo
piccolo bagno (con doccia o vasca da bagno) e la salute di fronte ad ogni stanza.
Lo spettacolo è molto grande, grazie alle grandi fenêtres francesi si può godere di una vista panoramica di Nizza e il mare. Godetevi la vista delle terrazze conturne la piscina e la casa, che è attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni. Nella quiete delle colline è possibile immergersi nella tranquillità della natura a soli 15 minuti dal centro, il mare e l'aeroporto.

What a great place !

Summer break with friends

This villa is potentially amazing! The views are absolutely spectacular & despite its distance from town, we ate well in nearby restaurants. There is a bus stop right outside the villa & buses were pretty frequent. All of the rooms had the great view & the villa was well equipped & furnished (although the velvet sofas were grubby & had definitely seen better days!) However, I would absolutely advise against bringing children to the villa as there are many stairs, both inside & out. The indoor steps are made of polished concrete, are open, are of different widths & depths & have no handrail, making them very unsafe both for children & for those in our party with some mobility issues. This would be our major concern. Also, the pool is very deep & unsuitable for small children or anyone who cannot swim. The online listing does state that there is no air conditioning, but it was disappointing to find that 2 of the bedroom electric fans were not working. I reported this to the host, but it wasn’t addressed. Fortunately, the weather didn’t get too hot. There were issues too, off & on with the temperature of some of the showers. Despite these concerns, I would return to the villa, as we had a wonderful stay - but definitely not with children!

Wonderful house

Stunning house and incredibly well equipped kitchen. The house is set in the north of Nice with wonderful views over the city but not where it is shown to be on the vrbo map. However, the tram station a few minutes drive away gives easy access to Nice. Couple of decent restaurants within walking distance. Thanks Eduardo

Beautiful house!!

Beautiful, very clean home with spectacular views! We stayed for one week with 4 adults and 4 kids between the ages of 7 and 11 and it worked out beautifully. You definitely need a car as this is a good 20-25 min north of old town nice and other cities but it was so nice to be a bit removed from the crowds. There are several good restaurants for lunch and dinner that are a short walk. Everything in the house was well-appointed and the pool was perfect for the kids. My only comment was on the housekeeping service every other day. This sounded great at first but was someone awkward to schedule around as the cleaning woman was there for 4 hours each on 3 days while we were there. Perhaps limiting to one or two visits. That being said, the cleanliness was beautifully maintained. Highly recommend this home!

Family gathering

A beautiful villa in a most tremendous location with unbelievable views down to the town of Nice and iut into the Mediterranean. We were a family of 9, over 3 generations, aged from 2 to 66. And there was plenty to entertain each and everyone of us. Around the villa, most of our time in an about the pool, which was big enough for all of us to splash about. It is very deep though, so care has to be taken with the children. Close by there is a couple of excellent restaurants, easily walked to. Travel into Nice was simple. A 10 minute drive to a park and ride tram stop, and only €1 per person to ride the tram. Runs around every 5 minutes. Edoardo was at the villa when we arrived and was very helpful in giving us as much information as we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. If there is any downside, then it is mosquitoes. Being relatively high up with lots of greenery around, it was just the right habitat for them. So take take plenty of repellent, but don't let it put you off going.

Wonderful Villa overlooking the City of Nice

A wonderful villa located in the hills above Nice. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Edoardo who showed us round the property. The villa has everything you could possibly need for a family holiday including a BBQ, a fabulous infinity pool, a large well equipped kitchen and so much space inside and outside. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We had seen a couple of reviews about the villa not having air conditioning but at no point was this an issue. It was really warm when we were there but there are so many huge glass windows which can be opened and provided a breeze throughout the property. The villa is around 20 minutes from Nice. The only negative point of the villa is that there are no local shops within walking distance so you definitely need a car to get around. The closest supermarket we found was around 15 minutes back down the hill in Le Roy. There is a wonderful restaurant called Simon which is a 10 minute walk from the villa and we would highly recommend it. There was nothing else we could have asked for during our week's stay. We had a cleaner come in three times during our stay, we were provided with both beach towels and bath towels. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook in. If you are looking for the perfect family stay you would be hard pressed in the Cote d'Azur to find anything better than this. Thank you to Edoardo for being the perfect host and for allowing us to have a relaxing family holiday. Five star plus

Propriétaire très sympa , très accueillant. Villa avec panorama de rêve ! Tout juste à côté des transports en commun pour descendre en ville sans s’embêter pour se garer . Piscine à 27 degrés , l’idéal ! Je recommande

Beautiful Home with no A/C

We loved the design of this modern house in North Nice. Had incredible views of the Mediterranean. Infiniti pool was great. When we searched for a home to rent on VRBO. We selected A/C as a criteria. This home came up so we wrongfully assumed there was air conditioning. I blame myself for not checking this further as most homes in France do not have A/C. We left early to get some A/C in a hotel. The host could have been more helpful. We asked for local tips on activities and got no response. Also if you are paying a premium rate to rent a house like this. Having bath gel and shampoo doesn’t seem to be an unreasonable thing to have for your guests. Hospitality does not seem to be a strong trait for this host.

Great family home in the foothills of Nice

This home was great for our family of 7. It had plenty of space for everyone and the kids most enjoyed the pool! Edoardo was a good host. We came during the heatwave and didn't realize the home had no air conditioning. We ended up purchasing a few fans, but it was certainly HOT! The pool was a reprieve! The location is in the foothills of Nice, so a bit of a drive or tramway from downtown Nice. Overall, this home worked for us, but the heat and distance from downtown Nice were minor setbacks.

Amazing

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary by spending two weeks at the villa with our son and his wife, and our daughter and her husband and our four grandchildren. The villa was perfect for three families, with plenty of space for everyone. The infinity pool was a favourite for everyone, especially with the view from the end. Villa was clean and very well equipped for ten people. We will miss our terrace from our bedroom, and seeing the lovely view from every room. Very nice house!

We were 10 people who spent a really nice week in this house and the house was beyond our expectations. The house was large and spacious and the garden had many nice living areas and a large pool. We can definitely recommend others to rent this house!

Great spacious villa, with amazing views

We were two families spending a week at the villa, we enjoyed the pool, view and the spacious kitchen. The terrasse was great both in the morning and the evening. The host Eduardo was very helpful and friendly. Eduardo booked us at the local restaurant Simons, we can recommend to go there, food is great. Try the local dishes. The location was also good, 20 minutes from the airport and the city centre.

Amazing house with an amazing view

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 daughters and my sisters family of 4 joined us for part of the vacation. We all had plenty of space. Both the inside and outside of this house are so amazing that it's hard to decide where to hang out. We loved it all and hope to be back!!
