Located in a secure, luxury residential complex (access by key fob) with private underground parking, 2 communal pools (for adults and young children) and a communal garden. On the 8th and top floor, with panoramic views of the sea, Angels Bay, the harbor, the old castle, and the old town. Patio facing W-SW. Sunny garden/living room in the morning and sea views/lounge/veranda in the afternoon (from 1:00 PM) and a beautiful sunset every day! <br><br>Inside:<br>Comfortable interior, fully renovated, furnished, and fully equipped. The rental includes a private enclosed parking space (maximum height 1.98 m) It is secure (access via code) and includes utilities (water, electricity, air conditioning/heating). Non-smoking apartment at<br>(the building is also non-smoking in common areas). Pets are not allowed. <br>People with reduced mobility: the common areas are easily accessible (ramps), but the interior is not wheelchair-accessible. Bath in the bathroom. Note: The last bus leaves around 8:30 p.m.! By taxi, expect to pay 30–35 € (depending on luggage) and 20–30 minutes, depending on the time of day and traffic.<br>- To Nice / Port, Old Town / Place Garibaldi: Get off at SAINT AIGNAN across from the apartment; take lines 81 and 30 (toward Mont des Arts), a 5-minute walk away (buses run every 15–20 minutes). From Place Garibaldi (the heart of the city center / Old Nice and the shops selling artisan goods, souvenirs, clothing, luxury items..., tapas bars, and restaurants), the tram connects the main areas of Nice (shops, tourist attractions, the bus and train stations, movie theaters...).<br><br>Nearest supermarkets:<br>Carrefour (Bd Carnot, toward Villefranche) and Intermarché (Bd Lech Walesa, toward Port). 8.30-30.30 (Sunday 8:30-12.30).
