Splendida villa contemporanea con 3 camere da letto (2 con bagno) con un'architettura non tradizionale con pareti esterne bianche lisce e tradizionali tegole in terracotta. La proprietà è raggiungibile tramite una strada privata e si trova sulla collina sopra il pittoresco villaggio medievale di Tourrettes sur Loup. è raggiungibile a piedi (450 metri). Ha una posizione eccellente con vista sul paese con ampie vedute panoramiche sul mare, da Cap Ferrat alle montagne dell'Esterel. La villa si trova in una posizione prestigiosa in un bellissimo ambiente naturale .. Ampia terrazza esposta a sud che comprende una piscina a sfioro riscaldata con barbecue e zona pranzo. La terrazza corre per tutta la lunghezza della casa, con vista sul panorama mozzafiato - forse il migliore della zona. Mobili da giardino e sedie a sdraio. Letti, lenzuola e asciugamani di alta qualità forniti. Negozi, ristoranti e servizi nel villaggio locale (distanza 0. 5 km). Riscaldamento a pavimento e aria condizionata nelle zone giorno. La proprietà è completamente allarmata e dispone di un ampio parcheggio per 3 auto. La piscina verrà riscaldata entro la fine di ottobre.

Un panorama magique

La villa est très jolie, les équipements sont vraiment complets ( chambre confortable, sanitaires parfaits, cuisine vaste et complète, salon panoramique très agréable, rien ne manque) les extérieurs sont époustouflants, la piscine suffisamment chaude et très propre, le mobilier extérieur est impeccable et le cadre très reposant avec cette vue magnifique sur la côte et la mer. Le parking est privé, le tout sécurisé par le portail.

Lovely pool

Tourettes sur Loup is a lovely small village with good restaurants and interesting shops. The villa ‘Reve Blanc’ is a ten-minute walk from the village up a very steep hill, with amazing views down to Nice and the sea. There were good and bad points about the villa and our holiday experience. Overall, our stay was okay. There was nothing hugely wrong, but lots of little things being wrong can affect your enjoyment – and holiday time is precious. The villa did not feel like a professionally operated holiday home. The owner said she didn’t read her reviews – and that is apparent. I wish I had paid more attention to the mixed reviews and dates of stays. Furniture dirty looking and torn. Towels stained and damp. Badly stained pillows. Poor cleaning. This review is limited to 1500 characters, so I cant list everything, but there were lots of little things that were broken or in need of replacement or dirty and added to the overall feel of neglect. The description online is out of date. The good parts – the layout of the villa allows for privacy and also for socialising, some nice furniture and a well equipped kitchen. There’s a toilet and shower for each bedroom. The larger sofa and bed mattresses are very comfortable. The pool is lovely, warm and clean. The villa is the last house along a track, feels very private and peaceful. All in all, this could be a lovely holiday villa but it needs replacements and upgrading, and some thought as to the needs of the guests.

A good South of France option for a small group

Excellent communication during the stay with Jérôme on WhatsApp. We had a lovely holiday. Will summarise each aspect below. Location & Situation of Villa: the village is quiet and pretty and 10min walk away (very steep hill). Access to the villa is on a dirt track and there is a secure gated driveway. Views are incredible. Pool and outside space: beautiful and large pool, which was clean, sadly was not heated as we expected according to the description. It was fixed but took 3 days which impacted our usage and enjoyment. After it was fixed it was stunning however the level of mosquitos is more than was expected and greater than elsewhere in the area, and so we could not enjoy the outside as much as we had hoped. spaces: living areas spacious and lovely views. We felt the sofa covers were due a wash and didn’t feel clean. Curtains were broken however this was manageable with the AC. Bedrooms are are quite basic without AC. Unfortunate items. The tv did not work, door locks don’t work, the WiFi did not work at all through the whole week. We have all paid for extra for data which was disappointing. There are lights that did not work, and we moved a few lamps in order to light up the living room enough to enjoy it after sunset. When we booked we confirmed a high chair as it was listed in the description however after many messages we were told they don’t have one. Overall good value and lovely place, in need of a little improvement/prep before guests arrive.

Magnifique vue

Maison exactement comme dans l'annonce, avec vue imprenable panoramique. Magnifique pièce de vie climatisée, cuisine récente et fonctionnelle, deux chambres (sans clim) avec salles de douche, spacieuses, beaucoup de rangements. Piscine très agréable (si la haie était taillée 20 cm plus bas, on profiterait de la vue aussi dans la piscine). We had probably our best holiday in France in the 16 years we have been going there. Property and location superb. Views amazing. Would definitely recommend the property if you are after a fantastic property in a great location. We aim to book again for 2025.

Great

We had a really great time during the heatwave in the South of France. The nice pool was between 25-27 degrees and very refreshing because the outside temperature was above 35. Inside the house is airconditioning in the kitchen and livingroom, not in de sleepingrooms, it was a bit too hot to sleep. We walked to the village in the morning for bread and a cappuccino at Chez Ma’mie, had lunch and diner at the house with amazing view. Good WiFi in de livingroom, outside and in the kitchen. Lovely house. We enjoyed our stay!

Die Lage des Hauses wie auch die Ausstattung des Hauses unbeschreiblich schön. Darum hat es uns auch nicht wirklich gestört, dass das Haus bei Übergabe nicht wirklich sauber war. Und auch das Haus benötigt für diesen Preis ein paar Renovationen, meine Meinung. Schränke die bei Öffnen fast in die Hände fallen, muss nicht sein. Auch die 2. Dusche, kein Licht drin, wenn man blind ist, kein Problem. Naja, die Lage und Aussicht hilft da ohne weiteres drüber weg. Hat ja noch eine Dusche die wir zusammen benutzt haben, no problem. Das absolute No Go ist, wir fanden einen Backofen vor, der nicht gereingigt worden war, ok brauchen wir wahrscheinlich auch nicht. Aber an 1 Tag hat es nur geregnet, also haben wir das automatische Reinigungsprogramm gestartet, gut durchgelaufen und Ofen blitzblank. Dummerweise ist nachher das Display verschwunden. Sofort Vermieter informiert. Strom alles gut, Techniker hat gesagt, muss an der Steuerkarte liegen, Jahrgang Ofen 2013. Nun wurde uns 850€ für den Ofen und 103€ für Rechnungsumtriebe aus den 1250€ Deposit abgezogen. Haus und Lage super, den Rest nie mehr. Renovation auf Kosten des Mieters, no way. Vermeiter weiss genau, dass die Versicherung des Mieters zahlen wird. Take Care Schade war sonst wirklich toll Niklaus und Andrea

Prachtige villa met adembenemend uitzicht

Eigenlijk is 1 week veel te kort om vanuit deze villa de omgeving te ontdekken! We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in la Rève Blanc, zodat je ook heel graag thuis bij het zwembad blijft met alle comfort! Alida en Jérôme , hartelijk bedankt voor onze onvergetelijke week! What a beautiful holiday, we just loved this place. The views are totally breathtaking, the house is stylish and well equipped, location perfect to access restaurants and the coast. Jerome could not have been more helpful or friendly although we only needed to contact him once. Beautiful pool, always clean and crystal clear, we were only sorry to have to leave!

modernes Ferienhaus mit schöner Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus ist so, wie es im Inserat beschrieben war. Positiv: - umfangreiche Ausstattung, insbesondere in der modernen Küche - gemütlicher Wohnbereich - Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort immer erreichbar Verbesserungsbedarf: - der geheizte Pool war für Kinder viel zu kalt (einige Tage war die Pumpe nicht in Betrieb, dadurch keine Heizung, Abhilfe erst nach einigen Anrufen und Mails) - das in einem Schlafzimmer vorhandene Wasserbett war auf einer Seite defekt, die Information dazu erst bei der Anreise - Die Elektroinstallation (Sicherungen) muß überprüft werden, da der Strom öfter ausgefallen ist - an einigen Stellen ist eine Renovierung erforderlich (z. B. Anstrich am Poolrand) Insgesamt haben wir uns, trotz der Mängel, im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Traumhafte Aussicht ...

Architektonisch gelungenes Haus an toller Hanglage mit super Aussicht auf das Meer. Ausblick von Cap Ferrat über Nizza bis Antibes. Wohnbereich und Küche sind top eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Tolle Musikanlage, leider hatte der TV keinen Empfang. Trotz den intensiven Bemühungen der Verwalterin vor Ort und der Installation eines neuen Routers ist es nicht gelungen eine Verbindung herzustellen. Das WIFI war wohl auch in diesem Zusammenhang eher langsam. Der Pool ist sehr schön, wir haben ihn genossen. Von den Schlafzimmern konnte nur eines genutzt werden (defektes Wasserbett) - kein Problem für uns, wir waren nur zu zweit. Eine der zwei Duschen ist aus unserer Sicht so nicht nutzbar, da sie über kein Licht verfügt und der Duschvorhang schwarz und nicht transparent ist. Das dritte Zimmer befindet sich ausserhalb des Hauses, zwei Treppen tiefer in einem Holzchalet welches sich in einem alten nicht sehr behaglichen Gewächshaus befindet. Auch wenn das Holzchalet im Innern sehr schön eingerichtet ist waren wir froh dieses Zimmer nicht benutzen zu müssen. Die Naturstrasse (letzte 200m) über die man das Haus erreicht ist in bedenklichem Zustand, die diversen Löcher sollten wieder einmal aufgefüllt werden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr genossen!

Schönes Haus in wundervoller Lage, aber max. für 4 Personen

Leider steht in 1 Zimmer ein Wasserbett, welches nicht nutzbar war, so dass wir in einen schlecht beleuchteten Gartenschuppen umziehen mussten. Aber die Dame vor Ort hat sich sehr nett um uns bemüht und einige initiale Mankos schnell behoben. Insgesamt dennoch ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Haus hat einen phantastischen Blick über Nizza in das Meer

Prachtige villa, formidabel uitzicht.

We hebben een heel leuke week gehad in deze prachtige villa. Werkelijk alles was aanwezig. Mathilde heeft ons heel goed ontvangen. Het nabijgelegen charmante dorpje ligt op 10 minuten wandelen. Wel steile helling. Locatie is super: dichtbij Nice, Cannes, ...Kortom een aanrader!

Vacances gâchées car pas de réseau

Très belle villa, piscine et vue magnifique. Bien située mais la route pour y accéder est très difficile! Nos vacances ont été gâchées car pas de réseau Wifi et pas de télé française dès notre arrivée... impossible de faire du télétravail comme indiqué dans l'annoce. Aucun dédommagement proposé par l'hôte à part l'achat d'une clé Wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas. Honteux vu le prix de la location ! Réclémation faite sur le site de réservation. La personne qui nous a accueilli et qui s'occope de la villa est géniale, elle a essayé de tout faire pour trouver une solution mais nous avons décidé de partir 2 jours plus tôt que prévu car le télétravail n'était pas possible.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Teilbereiche sind jedoch schon etwas „in die Jahre gekommen“. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Ebenso die Terrasse.

Villa très agréable avec piscine et vue splendid

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa tout confort. La vue est splendide et les environs très calmes. A seulement 10 mn à pied du magnifique village de Tourrettes-sur-Loup. La piscine est très agréable un peu surestimée en terme de dimensions 9x3,30 exactement. La personne qui nous a accueilli a été très attentive à nos demandes et très réactive. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu.

Villa mit perfekter Sicht und schönem Pool

Die Villa liegt etwas versteckt an einer sehr steilen Strasse. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine Naturstrasse. Zu Fuss sind es knapp 10 min bis Tourrettes-sur-mer und mit dem Auto rund 10 Min bis Vence zum Einkauf (Leclerc, Monoprix, etc). Bäckerei, Metzgerei, kleiner Lebensmittel shop und viele Restaurants findet man im Dorf. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen, wovon 3 Jugendliche, dort. Die Villa ist schön eingerichtet und verfügt über alles notwendige. Morgens genossen wir das Frühstück draussen. Die Villa verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Eine Dusche ist ohne Licht, daher eher dunkel aufgrund eines dicken, dunklen Duschvorhangs. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und alle haben gut geschlafen. Im Glashaus unterhalb des Pools befindet sich ein Chalet mit einem weiteren Schlafzimmer, Dusche/WC und Küche, welches sehr schön ist. Wir nutzten es nicht, da der Eingang ins Glashaus nicht gerade einladend wirkt. Beim Check-in wurde uns gesagt, das Glashaus werde im Herbst abgebrochen, dann ist das Chalet eine gute Option bei 5-6 Personen. Der Pool ist schön gross, modern, wird regelmässig gereinigt und die Aussicht reicht bis nach Nizza, Gagnes-sur-mer und Antibes, wunderschön! Wir haben uns bei Fragen und Feststellungen stets an die Eigentümer gewandt, welche immer sehr schnell abtworteten, danke Alida! Besser geht s nicht, das war perfekt.👍?

Accueil, situation et équipement parfaits! Mais le logement serait plus adéquat pour 4 plutôt que 6.
