Questa ristrutturazione di lusso in un cortile privato al largo di Rue De France, è una conversione di tre piani di un ex edificio industriale (le camere da letto del livello inferiore sono costruite nelle camere di imbottigliamento del vino!), È estremamente silenziosa, senza nessuno sopra o sotto, e ha l'enorme vantaggio del parcheggio privato - una rarità nel centro di Nizza! La casa in stile loft ha un'enorme area soggiorno a volta aperta che include una cucina italiana di design e enormi vetrate sul cortile e sulla zona Jacuzzi interna con tetto in vetro. In tutto è installato aria condizionata e controllo dell'umidità all'avanguardia, con illuminazione d'atmosfera. Tutte le camere sono dotate di bagno privato con doccia e / o vasca. Due camere da letto si trovano nel soppalco con pareti in vetro del primo piano e tre nel sous sol / seminterrato. Situato a solo un isolato dalla Promenade des Anglais e con tutti i comfort a portata di mano, il mare è a soli 100 metri di distanza, il centro storico di Nizza a 20 minuti a piedi e l'aeroporto a 15 minuti in auto.

Jacuzzi: Facciamo tutto il possibile per garantire che la Jacuzzi sia a disposizione dei nostri affittuari. Tuttavia, come qualsiasi hotel o struttura per il tempo libero, molto, molto occasionalmente la vasca idromassaggio è fuori uso, purtroppo generalmente a causa di abusi da parte dell'affittuario. Faremo tutto il possibile per risolvere eventuali problemi il prima possibile, ma come ogni problema di questo tipo, ciò dipenderà dalla disponibilità del tecnico della manutenzione e dei pezzi di ricambio. I minori di 16 anni non sono autorizzati a utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. Non stabiliamo cibo, bicchieri possono essere portati nella vasca idromassaggio e gli utenti devono prima fare la doccia, per rimuovere ciottoli e sabbia ecc.

Le tre stanze del sous sol non hanno finestre sull'esterno, anche se due hanno un pannello di vetro per la privacy tagliato nel pavimento del salone superiore: molto contemporaneo! Tutti hanno aria condizionata e controllo dell'umidità che consentono il flusso d'aria dall'esterno garantendo la ventilazione.

Tutti i bagni privati ​​sono parte integrante delle zone notte. C'è un WC separato aggiuntivo (n. 6) al piano terra.

C'è una piccola area terrazza nella parte anteriore su cui si aprono direttamente le porte in vetro del salone e la porta d'ingresso.

Five of us stayed in this house in May 2025. It was in a great location for us-1 minute to the beach, 1 minute to two grocery stores, 10 min walk to lots of restraints and shopping, 15 min walk to the train at Nice-Ville. There are three awesome bakeries next door or close by. The house was exactly as advertised. Everything was great. No issues at all and Andrea was great to deal with.

Great location and responsive property manager. Issues included running out of hot water after showers and an ant problem in the kitchen thar lasted the entire stay. It would have been nice to know ahead of time about the ants so that upfront we were more cautious with food or provide sealable contains. Kitchen was marginally equipted with cooking supplies (no issue with plates or silverware).

One third of the lights did not work. Huge safety problem in all but one bathroom.Plus, totally broken fixture in one shower. Electric eye on exterior door inoperative. We supplied our own flashlights for safe entry.Sofa leg broken, propped up with books. Warned to be careful using microwave--could blow the circuits. Loose staircase handles. Property manager tried to be responsive. Brought in electrician to remedy bathroom lighting problems.Clearly substantive repairs needed throughout. Positives: comfortable beds, community space, water pressure, towels. Landlord irresponsible. VRBO's quality control inadequate. At a minimum we would appreciate an apology. Will never use VRBO again.

Here’s a review based on your input: The property was very clean and comfortable, with good beds and towels. However, there were a few safety and maintenance concerns. The outdoor lighting was insufficient, making it very slippery and dangerous in the rain and dark. In addition, the handle in the twin room shower was broken, so we had to use the other showers instead. Fixing these issues would significantly improve the experience.

Very spacious apartment with great rooms and enough privacy. Centrally located close to old centre and modern new centre. Also 1 street away from the boulevard. A few minor comments; unfortunately, a several lights were broken and the upstairs rooms were very bright as there were not enough closed curtains. Otherwise a fine appartment for large group of people.

We picked the south of France for our family reunion. Five generations came together. It was a nice neighborhood, not too touristy but within a 15 minute walk of everything you could ask for there was A neighborhood bar Le Truc that was next to our house every night on the way home after dinner we would stop in for a nightcap . Michael, the owner of the bar always made us feel so well It was full of French English American and everybody was made to feel welcome. If I was there again I would definitely stop in and visit for a glass of wine. Great friendly neighborhood.

Our group was made up of two families with 3 'children' 21,19 and 17 year olds between us. The space in the house was great and the layout of the rooms worked perfectly with us. The check in process was excellent with great communicate from Alexandra, who was great help during our stay. The location was perfect for the beach with it being less than a 5 min walk to the beach and about the same to the nearest tram stop as well Bakery next door had a great selection of pastries and bread for the day

There were some issues at this rental, including main living room sofa with a broken leg that kept falling off. Upstairs shower in one of our bedrooms that didn't work well... so our kids had to shower in our bathroom. Power went out 1 night due to using the Washer/Dryer and probably having the air-conditioning it. Otherwise, it was great and the hostess, Alexandra was very responsive to all requests.

Property is immaculate, well stocked and has a great location. The process to enter the property and go over the amenities in the house was wonderful. Alexandra was an amazing liaison with the host and offered insight into the area and things to do. You and your family or friends will have more than enough room to enjoy this great City and house!! If I am ever lucky enough to come back here I will definitely stay here! The pictures don’t even do it justice!!

The place was amazing, the Jacuzzi topped it off. There is nothing like having a glass of rose vine and relaxing in the Jacuzzi after a long day on the run. The place was very quiet, nested away from the busy streets, but yet a block away from the Promenade and the beach. The bakery next door made the mouth water in the morning with the smell of freshly baked bread hanging in the air. We will come back to this place again when able. Alexandra was amazingly helpful in making our stay as pleasant as possible.

The house was amazing! We loved sitting around the big table and talking, playing cards, and having dinner with wine if course! The jacuzzi was a great enjoyment! The area is safe, secure and the neighbors are friendly! We loved the location of the house being in walking distance of everything. We would definitely stay again!

We were only a party of 4 as a couple had to back out and it was too late to find a smaller apartment. The home was spacious and well appointed. Let me address some of the issues that others had.... ** the bathrooms/showers. They are odd in that they are conected to the bedrooms with no way to close them off. Would I want this in my own home? NO! For a vacation it was not an issue at all. Seriously, not an issue. ** the hot tub. Others complained of the house smelling like pool chemicals. I have a very sensitive sense of smell and did not have any issues. We really didn't think we would use it, but one of my son's used it every single day and absolutely loved it. Bonus! We liked that the location was a little outside the high traffic areas, but had a great selection of grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and public transportation was easy enough to get to. Our host, Alex answered questions and was just lovely to work with.

This property needs to repair and replace. No outside lighting. 😔. Upstairs shower in twin room needs shower handle replaced. We were able to make do, but others may not. No bar stools in the kitchen area bar ( as shown in picture of property.). Light bulbs need to be replaced. Property was clean and neat. The property manager was very kind. Very good location and quiet safe area.

We spent some days with kids and friends at this apartment. The contact was super friendly and helpful, very accommodating host.The apartment is very nice, well equipped, modern, clean and spacious. We loved the whirlpool, what a luxury. The location is perfect to explore the city by foot or tram. Excellent bakeries and grocery shopping nearby. 5 minutes (walking distance) to the beach promenade and 15 minutes to the old town. Still, absolutely quiet and peaceful. Safe area and the parking is a big bonus when you travel by car. WiFi worked well. TV with all kind of programs, however, we didn’t use it. We would stay here again when in Nice. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The property sufferes from a lack of proper management. Cleanliness was sorely lacking. The faulty toilets were yet another torment we had to endure. Clogged showers and unpredictable flushing and broken thermostat. The worst aspect of this experience was the abysmal air circulation. The moldy, damp smell that greeted us upon arrival was overwhelming. It was evident that the house had a severe moisture issue, especially in the showers. This mold-infested atmosphere permeated the entire house, clinging stubbornly to our clothes, which required multiple washes upon our return home. Adding to our list were the kitchen cabinet doors, barely hanging on, and a broken coffee machine that deprived us of a morning brew. The air conditioning units were another disaster. Not only was one unit already broken when we arrived, the owners conveniently failed to mention this beforehand. To make matters worse, the air filters appeared to have been neglected for ages, releasing dust and allergens into the already stifling air. The complete absence of fire alarms and smoke detectors raised serious safety concerns. Considering the condition of the property, the money we paid for the rental felt grossly disproportionate. Despite our numerous attempts to communicate our concerns to the owner, their response was far from satisfactory. Their offer of a mere 10% refund as compensation felt like a dismissive gesture, given the extent of our grievances and the impact on our vacation experience.
