Chez Albertine: bright 105m² apartment, two minutes from the sea

This 105m² apartment, in the city centre's Rue de France, can comfortably host 4 people. You can eat both inside in the kitchen or outside in the wide terrace, and have a drink walking around the house on the long balcony that connects every room. As you get inside, you can feel the brightness of the big window-doors. One bedroom has a king size bed, and the other has two single bed. It's also possible to add a single bed in the king size bedroom. There are two bathrooms, but only one has the shower. There are two bathrooms, but only one has the shower. There is a private payement parking in the same structure accessible directly with the building's elevator.

Guests will have the keys of a private passage that brings directly on the seaside road Promenade des Anglais. Only for long stay.

The building in which the apartment is located, is called Royal Palace and the entrance is located on a private road, so no cars are passing there. Royal Palace has also a private passage which brings you directly on the Promenade des Anglais.

You can walk to the seaside in 1 minute, and if you want to visit the center of the city you can follow the pedestrian only Rue the France and get to famous places of nice like Place Massenà or Rue de Medicin in 4-5 minutes. The city airport is 15 minutes by bus from the house.
