This studio is located between the Promenade des Anglais and the bustling city center, just a stone’s throw from the pedestrian zone. The famous Place Masséna is less than a 10-minute walk away, as are the beaches, shops, cafés, and tram stops that provide easy access to all of Nice’s neighborhoods. An ideal location for enjoying the city without a car.



LIVING SPACE



Air-conditioned and well-appointed, the studio features a cozy main room equipped with a comfortable double bed for two people. You’ll also find a TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer, and electric heating—everything you need for a pleasant stay, whether it’s for a few days or longer.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival

When you arrive at the airport, there are a variety of transportation options available to take you to your apartment:



The tram—the most affordable option: Line 2 departs from in front of Terminals 1 & 2 and serves the entire Côté Mer area, from the airport to the Port of Nice, in 25 minutes. All stops pass through Fabron, Grosso, and Gambetta for the Fleurs neighborhood; Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musiciens, d’Or, and Masséna neighborhoods; the Pin neighborhood; and finally, the Port neighborhood.

You can transfer to Line 1 at the JEAN MÉDECIN station.

You can transfer to Line 3 at the GRAND ARÉNAS station.



Taxis: The most direct option: Taxis are available at both Terminals 1 and 2. It will take just 1.15 minutes to get directly to your apartment. There is an official flat rate that must be applied, plus a baggage fee. Be sure to ask about this and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse to charge you this rate. Normally, payment can be made by credit card.



The bus: The airport shuttle (Bus 98) is both inexpensive and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city center, near the Nice Thiers train station.



Ichose to arrive by train



The tram—the cheapest option: To get to Line 1, exit the station on the left and walk down Avenue Thiers to Avenue Jean Médecin (it’s marked by signs). Trams run every five minutes, and tickets are inexpensive. Line 1 serves downtown Nice and the two northern neighborhoods.

You can transfer to Line 3 at the GRAND ARÉNAS station.

You can transfer to Line 2 (Airport/Port) at the JEAN MÉDECIN station.



Taxis: The most direct route: It will take just 15 minutes to drop you off right at your apartment. There is no fixed flat rate. The driver must activate the meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival plus any luggage fees. Be sure to ask for this information and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse. Normally, you can pay by credit card.

Don’t forget to have the full address ready to give to the driver.

There’s always a public parking lot near your residence. The rates are:

It may be more cost-effective to pay by the week rather than by the day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Be sure to check the rate schedule at the parking lot entrance or go to the security booth as soon as you’ve parked.
