VICINO NUOVI GIARDINI! Bel appartamento ufficialmente classato 3***, ideale per famiglia o copie, enteramente attrezzato per un soggiorno comodo, in famiglia o con amici.
Bella vista sulla Piazza Marshall e il suo giardino, balcone, ascensore.

Un’accoglienza serena e molto cordiale, una persona veramente squisita e gentile, molto onesta e super disponibile. L’appartamento è davvero bello e che lascia delle belle emozioni. Pulizia, ordine e tutta la casa ben organizzata e arredata. Siamo stati molto bene ... la consigliamo senz’altro.

Wir hatten tolle 4 Tage im Appartement. Aufgrund der guten Angaben konnten wir die Wohnung schnell erreichen und haben uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles so, wie wir es uns anhand der Fotos vorgestellt haben. Alles sehr praktisch, nichts hat gefehlt und Virginie und Mustafa waren sehr herzlich!!! Danke!!!

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights. The apartment was a perfect location for walking around the city and felt very safe. The host was fantastic checking us in and providing recommendations for our short stay.

We were so happy with this apartment! It is clean and stocked. Beds were comfortable and it was quite lovely. The owner’s daughter met us and gave us a tour of the building. She was so kind and friendly. We don’t speak any French but we had no problem communicating with anyone during our stay. The location was perfect, easy walk to food, shops, cafes, and the beach. We really enjoyed our visit and we hope to return soon!

Property ideal for 2 couples. Host is excellent in providing advice on the city and local facilities. small lift was fast and quiet. Very near Old Town and very walkable to shops at Jean Medicin. Trams only 5 minutes away. Bus to Cap Ferrat 5 mins also.

This property was great! Very easy to get to and from, even with suitcases (just a 5 min walk from bus/train) Loved having a kitchen, proper bedrooms and living room to hang out in. Did not notice the construction outside. Rooms were quiet with the windows closed. The property is even better than the pictures :) Would definitely stay here again

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Nizza sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss von der Altstadt entfernt, nahe beim Stadtpark mit vielen Spielplätzen. Das Quartier ist sicher und schön mit eleganten alten Häusern. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelgen, gut ausgestattet mit Grundnahrungsmitteln und Putzmaterial. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich zu Fuss um die Ecke. Das Auto kann man in unmittelbarer Nähe im Parkhaus lassen und braucht es nicht für den Aufenthalt in der Stadt. Die Vermieterin Virginie ist sehr nett und leicht zu erreichen.

The delightful charms of this beautifully located residence are many and impressive, but none is more impressive than the generosity and kindness of its gracious owners, Virginie and Mustafa, who are truly extraordinary hosts. Instantly responsive to all inquiries, and elaborately accommodating without being the least bit intrusive, these two wonderful persons made our stay a thorough joy, from start to finish. The residence itself is extremely comfortable and well-appointed, and its kitchen convenient and easy to use (although perhaps just a little dimly lit.) Its bathroom, too, is beautifully designed, and equipped with a washing machine (on which we repeatedly relied, by the way, achieving very satisfactory results -- and although there is no dryer, the residence is equipped with a very large and useful drying rack, as well as a trio of clotheslines just outside its kitchen window, which met our needs admirably.) A point that deserves particular emphasis is the remarkable convenience of this residence to a large parking garage, where we were able to keep our rental car throughout our stay. (We will be eternally grateful to Mustafa for his generous kindness in helping us to pay the required 100 Euros for a six-day parking pass there.) An arrangement as convenient as this is hard to find in Nice, where cars are usually an awkward problem to accommodate. Overall, I cannot recommend this residence highly enough. It's an absolute gem, and its hosts are heroes.

The apartment is lovely, immaculate, well- equipped, and nicely located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. There are cafes and shops nearby and the old city is in walking distance. Our hosts communicated very well and were very helpful in holding our bags when we arrived early in the day

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit Parkmöglichkeit. Restaurants und Supermärkte im Umkreis von 100m. Gastgeber sehr nett und alles ist reibungslos abgelaufen. Wir haben es sehr genossen und Nizza und die Cote d'Azure erkundet.

We stayed in Nice for 2 nights after our Mediterranean cruise ended there. Our host was wonderful, providing great communication throughout the process, and was very accommodating to our needs. She and her husband provided great service. The unit was perfect, with a convenient location, and very clean and well equipped. Four peoples stayed with no problem. Thanks for the advice to visit Monaco.....we loved it.
