Clean, well decorated, well appointed Studio with big shower!
My girlfriend and I came to Nice for a short 3-day, 2-night stay at in beautiful Nice. The location is great for proximity to the Sea, shopping, food and nightlife. The Studio is very charming and fits the bill with all you need. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location
Property was clean and in a great location The two bath towels we received have seen one too many summers Asked for a new dish sponge as the one that came with the unit had also seen one too many guests. I t came the day we left. One on the blinds fell down when we tried to use it and the shower unit in the bathroom was broken but we made it work As I said, unit was clean and in a great location and the staff was easy to work with

convenient place but major upset
Great location, right in the heart of everything. The place is as described in the listing overall. The host was responsive on WhatsApp but unfortunately, caused me a lot of upset. My partner and I had very limited time in Nice...just two days. So what happened to me here was upsetting as it completely cut out an entire half day of my time there. No hair dryer. We did not bring one b/c listing said there was one. Well, the next morning after checking in, I wash my hair and don't find one. For a woman, this is detrimental. I was at her mercy of when it was delivered. I let Sonya know of this immediately that morning. Her response was that an older couple broke it. I was miffed with this response because 1) she knew there was no hair dryer and never thought to replace it for the next guests, 2) she never even mentioned it when she fully knew, so I could figure out a solution before washing my hair, 3) her remedy was to give me one at the end of the day after she finished working which was unacceptable, as my hair was dripping wet and I had missed an entire half-day when we only had two days in Nice. She finally sent her sister with another hair dryer but not until 12:45pm that day. Not happy. But as for the unit, it was very good. Nice rain shower. Steamer / spa in the shower does NOT work though. We were always able to sleep fine. No noise to keep us up as others have indicated. Place is very convenient to a bakery and small market, too, which was appreciated. Great security

perfect location !
So Happy from the beginning of our reservation we got immediate responses to any questions and loved the whole place! The best location in old town ! Close to everything we wanted to do in Nice! The place was clean and the air conditioning was amazing! Loved the shower with great hot water and great studio layout! I would tell anyone this was the perfect Vrbo in NIce!

Lovely apartment in heart of old town
This is the second time I have stayed here and it won’t be the last. It’s central location is great and just two streets back from the beach. The apartment itself is lovely and clean and just like the photos and Andree was very accommodating when I had to change the dates due to my flights. We were met by Sonia who was lovely and made sure our stay was exceptional. Can’t wait to go back.

Ideal location and neat apartment
Perfect little place in the centre of the old town. Only a few minutes walk to the promenade or the market, the location was ideal. The owners were friendly and offered good recommendations for things to do.

Lovely Apartment Old Town
We had a lovely stay in this apartment so much so that we have already booked for next year. It is very central in old town and suits us perfectly. The apartment was lovely and clean and the shower was great. Overall a great stay.

WoW tellement super ! Vraiment une localisation parfaite à 2 pas de tout. On ne pouvait être à un meilleur endroit et que dire de Sonia qui est extraordinaire sur place pour nous accueillir. Un endroit à recommander, j’ai hâte d’y retourner!

Goede communicatie met de eigenaar, net appartement. Bakker en supermarktje om de hoek. Perfect om het historische centrum te verkennen en voor een dagje aan het strand (kiezels).

Quaint and clean Old Nice Condo
Travelled to Nice for the IM World Championships. The owner communicated very well and timely leading up to my stay, and arranged for his assistant to meet me. I didn’t know Nice at all so had challenges getting transportation to the unit but she accommodated my arrival. The unit is up one flight of stairs - and a very quick check in procedure left me wondering about what I needed to do with laundry and garbage. The unit was clean, stocked relatively well for one person with cutlery. I couldn’t figure out the tv options but really didn’t need it. There was a club downstairs that opened at midnight and would go early in the morning most nights which wasn’t ideal. Mostly people smoking in the street was the biggest issue, but in old Nice I think this is the risk. Overall enjoyed my time there as location is very close to the beach, plaza and action. Would recommend for a single traveller or couple. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Location parfaite pour visiter Nice
Idéalement située cette location est parfaite pour un couple. Proche de tout, du vieux Nice, de la plage, de la place Masséna etc. La location était vraiment propre, fonctionnelle, bien équipée. On a apprécié l’ensemble et avons eu un très bon contact avec Sonia qui a géré notre arrivée et notre départ. On recommande vraiment. Pour ceux qui ont peur du bruit de la vie nocturne c’est effectivement présent mais vraiment minime. On est en centre ville avec du double vitrage et une climatisation. On est pas à la campagne 😄 Merci au propriétaire de proposer ce genre de produit 👍🏻 Étienne

Amazing apartment. Amazing location.. Beautiful interior. Comfortable and a great size. Very handy having a laundry. The shower just needed to be cleaned thoroughly.

The apartment is located two short blocks away from the beach! Very cute apartment, on the second floor. The only complaint we have is the odor, maybe some plumbing issues because of the age of the building (hence why we scored 4). We did, however, notice many toilets in restaurants and stores, with the same scent. We bought a spray and opened up the windows, which helped tremendously. Also, the entryhall is seemingly under construction, so it's a little intimidating when you walk in. OVERALL, it's a very cute place, for the price, Location is awesome, and the one neighbor we encountered was friendly. The young Lady who greeted us is super sweet and willing to help. She was also very quick to respond when we messaged. BTW, the WIFI PW is 2, not Z. I definitely recommend this place :)

Studio BIEN en tous points, emplacement proche du vieux Nice, de la place Masséna, du bord de mer, du tramway. Bien agencé avec goût, literie confortable, seul bémol une nuit (sur 3)nous avons été fortement gênés par la clientèle d'une boite de nuit sous les fenêtres.

A localização é fantástica,perto de tudo ( praia, centro, restaurantes, comércio ) uma padaria e mercearia mesmo ao lado. O apartamento é perfeito apesar de ser pequeno as áreas são amplas , bem equipado e com um estilo minimalista mas com as comodidades todas. O único senão é o prédio em si por ser velho não ter um ar muito limpo e está um pouco desleixado.Há um bar no prédio do lado que traz algum agito á noite mas como as janelas são vidro duplo acaba por não ser muito incomodativo. No geral acho bastante positiva esta estadia e voltava a ficar neste apartamento.

Awesome
The apartment was completely remodeled, clean and right in the heart of the action. Close to cafe's, shops, the beach, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom was large with a fabulous rain shower. Large T.V. and air conditioned. Would highly recommend this apartment.

This is a cozy, comfortable apartment in an excellent location!
Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Everything is well appointed and works well. It was easy to get around and see the city from this location. There is a grocery store nearby and many excellent restaurants. Andrée and Sonia were very helpful. We would stay here again.

Studio in the Old own
We enjoyed 3 nights in this little studio apartment situated in the heart of Nice. Excellent location with shops and many restaurants right at the door. Very comfortable, very good facilities and a very comfortable bed. The owner was friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the entrance hallway into the building isn’t great, but once in the apartment it is clean and bright. Also wish to comment on the delay in refunding our bond held by HomeAway.

Studio idéalement situé
Très beau studio dans le centre ville, très bien équipé, très belle décoration design, tout était parfait. Le studio est encore plus beau en vrai que sur les images! Le studio est situé à 3 Minutes de la promenade des anglais, proche de la gare si on veut visiter la Côte d'azur. Je recommande vivement ce studio aux couples qui veulent decouvrir nice et ses alentours. Merci à sonia pour la réception du studio et les conseils de notre séjour!

C'est vraiment un studio de charme !
Que dire... c'était parfait tout simplement :-) L'annonce reflète exactement la réalité. Remise des clés rapide et très agréable. Le studio est vraiment fonctionnel, bien isolé et il est idéalement placé dans le vieux Nice. On se sent chez nous par rapport aux hôtels aussi grâce au fait de pouvoir cuisiner rapidement des produits du marché Saleya qui se situe juste à coté. La rue calme vient d'être refaite et tout sent le propre et le neuf. Quand au vieux Nice, c'est vraiment un petit bout d'Italie, hors du temps avec sa promenade à 3mn à pied.
