PALAIS MARIE PRESTIGE is a sublime 3 bedroom apartment in a beautiful bourgeois building located in the heart of Nice's Carré d'Or.

Renovated, this unique apartment with premium services is ideal to enjoy differently its stay on the French Riviera.

PALAIS MARIE PRESTIGE is fully air-conditioned, it will seduce you with its beautiful clear view of the greenery, its volumes, its brightness, as well as the modern decoration and quality in each room.

A few meters from the Promenade des Anglais and the pedestrian area, you will be in the center of Nice and have access to all the shops, restaurants, shops and beaches.
You can also reach Place Masséna and Jean Médecin in a few minutes, as well as the Old Nice to taste the Socca which is the local specialty.

Large and bright living room with a nice bow window overlooking a green space.

Open kitchen on the living room fully equipped.
Here you will find a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker and a kettle.
A large dining table that seats 6 people will allow you to take your meals in a friendly atmosphere.

BEDROOM 1 :
The master bedroom opens onto the private balcony.
It is equipped with a King size bed, a storage cabinet, a television, and an office area.

BEDROOM 2:
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, and a storage cabinet.

BEDROOM 3:
The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a storage cabinet.

BATHROOM 1:
The main bathroom offers a shower and a bathtub.
It is equipped with two basins, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and a toilet.

Lots of space, great location

Hard to miss with this property. Key pick up is a few blocks away, apartment is on 2nd floor (elevator if you need it), very secure, one bedroom has a small balcony, the kitchen/living area is very spacious as are the bedrooms. Location is a short 5 min walk to the Prom, restaurants, access to sights and museums, train station is about 12 min walk. And there's a great carry out pizza joint directly below.I would note that you'll want to bring or be prepared to purchase things like laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, salt, pepper - they give you a few starters but not enough for a week. Wish I'd understood that prior to check in but there are several grocery stores within 3 blocks.

Beautiful Apartment in the Heart of Nice

We had a great stay - location cannot be beat. The apartment was beautiful with high end finishes. The building is safe and very centrally located. It had most of the things we needed and Nestor & Jeeves was highly responsive. Extra pillows (each bed only had 2), and comforter with duvet would help. The apartment was full of light with an absolutely stunning view of the park and church across the street!

March in Nice

The apartment was very comfortable for the 3 of us. The Juliet balcony in the living room opened up to glorious sun and the Magnolia trees blooming along the street.The dishwasher and washing machine were a great help.The kitchen was nicely equipped-but we needed to purchase a corkscrew for the lovely French wines!The location was perfect for us. It was just a short walk to a good grocery store, wine shop and cheese shop. Also close by was a walking street with so many different restaurants and other shops. We walked 2 blocks to sit by the sea which was fun. It was also a short walk to the Old Town and the main shopping street. We will certainly plan to return and stay in the same place.

Fabulous location in a beautiful apartment in Nice

Our family of 5 stayed in this apartment for 9 nights. It is fantastic. it is well located and we walked everywhere. We could walk to the train station, the tram stations and the bus stops to take trips that were too far to walk. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. There were dishwasher pods and dish soap provided. The three bedrooms are well furnished and the beds are comfortable. There is a full bathroom which includes a shower, a tub, two sinks and a washing machine. Additional baths include one with just a toilet and sink and one with a shower and a sink. We were provided with toilet paper to get started, small shampoos and conditioners and soap for each bathroom. The windows open to a lovely view of a city park. The pictures are accurate. The management office is easy to communicate with and they are very responsive both in English and in French, We used their car service to pick us up at the airport as we had been traveling for a long time upon arrival. The driver drove us to the office to get the keys and then drove us to the apartment. I highly recommend their car service. We would stay here again when we visit beautiful Nice and the Cote D'Azur.

Very classy apartment, nicer than photos, beautiful windows, vintage with marble fireplaces beautiful bathrooms, we loved where it was. Beds could be more comfortable would be my only wish. Thank you

Terrible WiFi and no action

Nice apartment and great area. Place has 3 good rooms. There is no sounds proofing and the walls are paper thin. The WiFi is absolutely terrible. Couldn’t make a Skype, WhatsApp or video call. It works does r work etc. management didn’t take the complaint seriously and that’s very disappointing when you pay the price you pay.
